Of the two _Crossfield_-class ships seen on screen, one blew up, and the other disappeared. The _Shenzou_ also blew up. There'd be no ships from Discovery to include.
The New Jersey is a really deep cut. Not only is it an example of a Constitution class, it’s most likely the ship Picard was talking about in TNG episode Relics. When Picard enters the holodeck to visit Scotty, he see the bridge Constitution class. When Scotty ask you know her, Picard tells Scotty there’s one in the fleet museum.
I think the museum plays into the themes of the show really well. I have a feeling something big is in "Hanger 12" that Geordie shushed his daughter about. Something he cares a lot about 😊
There is an excelsior class there (right behind Voyager) and it was verified that it is the uss Excelsior, not only in the end credits but via a tweet from one of the producers.
9:15 Crossfields were rendered classified by Starfleet due to the situation with Control. There were only 2 ships of that design. First was destroyed in a jump experiment, the other transported into the future. As the timeline would go…it would suffice to assume it remained this way as Spocks sister was never mentioned in previous trek (Sybok until his movie), nor any other ships of this particular design (not to mention the Shenzou either).
It was so cool to see all these ships. It got me wondering if the Enterprise D is inside the station. It's said they retrieve the saucer section from Veridian III so maybe they put it back together? Maybe it will be used, well that's just my theory. That would be cool if they did pull the ships and actually used them again in a fight!!!
looking at all these ships together in a fleet museum , makes one look at those tv shows and movies in a slightly different way , I can never look at Star Trek 3 The Search for Spock , and see that ship battle between Krug and Kirk, and not now know that Krug's Bird of Prey will end up in a StarFleet ship museum at some point in the future, The Bounty is the confrontation that brought down the original Enterprise and why that ship is not present in this museum.. having said that , it is pretty great to see all these ships together.. ..
Besides the Excelsior pointed out in the comments already, the other ships you didn't mention were a Miranda-class between the NX-01 and Nebula on the upper row, and a Saber-class on the left of the lower row. There's a second Akira-class in the fourth berth on the lower ring as well ("behind" the station, between the Saber and Romulan Bird of Prey, with the Defiant in front). You can also glimpse the silhouettes of other ships on Seven's display (though the registry numbers are apparently in error). Including a Pioneer-class, Nova-class and what is probably either an Andromeda (STO), Insignia (STO) or Lancelot-class (same type as Uhura's ship seen on a placard in PIC S2).
It makes you wonder if the crew takes command of one of the Enterprise A with Kirk as a posotronic human Captian like Picard. If as you indicated a possible big end game battle. With possibly Janeway and possibly Sisko making an appearance. If this is the case. It'll be a huge antipated ending for Picard.
Iv said this I reckon the A is gonna show how it’s done, old school It’s basically a federation battle cruiser, nothing else And I think Kirk is gonna be brought back
To add to my deliberation, it may make sense to have a fleet of vessels from the Fleet Museum. There's good reason that the crew can not trust anyone from Starfleet, so how about kirks mind and tactics being downloaded into the Andriod/Postponing human data/Lore/B4, Janeway and possible members of Voyager reappearing, with a mention of DS4 there is candaticy for Crew members from DS9 and Sisko. Also another appearance of the Borg and possibly Qs Child Junior.
Iv said soon as I saw Kirk’s bio signs and the A I reckon he’s gonna be brought back, captain the A. The only way I can explain and it might sound stupid but he’s the chuck Norris of star trek
6:10 I remember Voyager being a special ship because of one, the moving nacells, and two, it's ability for 'Ablative Armor." the new render in the Picard episode feels better because of the paneled look to the hull whereas the original episode made it look like a quick vfx add-in to the ship for a special situation.
In series canon, this is the resting place of what remains of the Enterprise D. The ship's saucer section was salvaged from the surface of Veridian III and is now housed inside the museum.
I like the idea that some of these museum ships may be used. We already have hints that the changelings are plotting to wipe out starfleet during the anniversary celebration. That would leave only the historic ships to fight back with.
The crew confirmed that is actually the NX-01 Enterprise. Along with the original USS Excelsior the akira was actually one of the ships from the battle of Sector 001 in first contact, that is the USS Sau Paulo renamed USS Defiant with her NX registry because they rebuilt how she was with most of the modifications and upgrades Chief O'Brien did to the original with actual upgrades. As stated by nog "she is a little sluggish" because she is brand new while the og Defiant was broken in.
the USS Excelsior is right behind Voyager. The Crossfield class and anything pertaining to it was wiped from the star fleet database to keep "control" from getting the technology, as mentioned in season 2. The Enterprise-D will be in the show near the end, the saucer section was recovered, reference season 2 of Picard and LaVar slipped and said they filmed for 3 days on a bridge reconstruction. my guess is its gonna get an engineering section from a left over galaxy class wreck from the Dominion wars.
I'm loving this season. I'm thinking we're gonna see Kirk captain the Enterprise 1701-A and Picard captain the Enterprise 1701-D. Locutus, more legacy characters such as Admiral Janeway and Ensign Harry Kim (recently demoted for protesting over Frontier Day plans!) LOL!
It was definitely strange that they re-did voyager. I noticed it looked "off" right away, the mess hall windows were bigger and wider, and the panels on the under side of the saucer were more defined. I'm not too mad about it, but it doesn't make sense to change it.
Just putting this out, my wish list 1. Jem'Hadar Vs Borg 2. Ricker and Chakotay on the screen at the same time 3. General Martok 4. Cardassia gets attacked like Centori prime did in B5 for revenge 5. Voyager, Defiant and the Enterprise A come out of retirement

Another ship missing from the Museum scene is the Excelsior Refit Class U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-B she was decommissioned shortly before the Ambassador Class Enterprise came into service so where is Harriman's ship.

NX-Refit, just NX-Refit in regards to your final question. I also believe they had Archer's body in storage too. So you know Archer's Ship + Archer's Body.
The Romulan warbird being at the museum is like Soviet MiGs in the USAF Museum and Messerschmidts in the Imperial War Museum. There’s plenty of instances of having adversary craft at a museum.
I recently visited the R.A.F museum in North London. Half the story about the R.A.F or starfleet is about the adversaries they fought against over the years. Having a few pieces from the enemies side helps show how things were back in the day.
I would love it to go something like this. All the new ships are linked together as mentioned in episode 6 so some how something happens like a virus either so the dominion can either control them (sounds like prodigy) or disable them so that leaves only the fleet museum ships left unconnected and untouched so the hero ships come to the rescue but before the ships leave for battle geordi turns to Picard and says "iv got a ship iv been restoring for the past few years" and through a window inside the museum Picard sees the enterprise D and off they all go to save the day. Also it would have to be worlf and 7 to take command of voyager and the defiant
@Sam Cuddy Only the engineering section exploded. Remember, the saucer separated before the core exploded and it crash landed on Veridian 3. In another episode, they revealed that the saucer section was recovered, restored, and is somewhere at the Fleet Museum, probably inside the space dock

I'll be mightily disappointed if they use that as a plot point in this show. Blatant ripoff of the BSG remake given it's exactly that concept the Cylons use to wipe out the 12 Colonies.
I didn't see the Phoenix, Cochran's ship. Granted, that would be pre-Starfleet. But, I think they'd make an exception for that one. Unless it's on Earth in Montana. That could be too.
@@DD-ws8jc Yeah, I knew he said that he saw it as a boy. I couldn't remember the exact quote though. So, I knew it was on display somewhere, I just couldn't remember where. Picard is pretty old too. Just because that's where it was 80 years ago, doesn't mean it's still there.
Disagree with your theory, or rather, my take on your theory is the Enterprise-D is in hangar bay 12. I think the Titan will either be destroyed or damaged heavily to the point of it not being usable, and they will transfer flag to the restored D. Plus the ship would be more "analog," for lack of a better term, and not integrated into the whole fleet and it wouldn't "talk" with the other ships, and that would be an advantage.
The most advanced ship of all is uss voyager it even has future armor technology, I will love to see it fight one more time, and also the enterprise D!!!
The new ship link does not exist in the old ships. The secret of bay 12?...... It's gonna be how they take down the changelings. With maybe a special guest of William Shatner?
I know that this part of the episode was just blatant pandering fan-service, but still, seeing all of this on screen turned me into a giddy little trekkie fanboy. 😀
Pike's constitution is 10 years before Kirk takes over the Enterprise. The final episode was an alternative timeline of what would happen if Pike didn't have his accident, trade Pike's life for Spock's Oh yes, this Constitution is Terry's the producer's birthday a d birthstate
I chalk up Voyager looking a little "off" to the advanced armour system (or at least parts of it), various repairs to it in the Delta quadrant using non-Federation tech and materials, etc. Seeing the Ent-A was my fav. That aesthetic has always been my favourite. I don't care much for the TNG-era Fisher Price look to the ships (and the Abrams-verse aesthetic is absolutely hideous).
@@geekinreviews Don't!... just don't. Once you go full Trekyards you can't go back. In book canon voyager was dismantled by SF engineering to strip it's future tech and Borg systems for study. It is then refit and goes back to the Delta quadrant. Terry seems enough of a geek to use book canon.
@@backtoearth1983 Yes, but Prodigy has shown that there is a Voyager-A, and its set not very many years after Voyager returned. At this point its likely too late to incorporate any addition adventures into its history.
Terry MAtalas ( Picard S3 writer) was born in New Jersey in 1975. the NCC-1701 was destroyed, by what was to be the Bounty. so, why would that be there?
Hold on, are we not missing a huge Easter egg issue. Earth has a stable wormhole, with the Borg being members of the Federation and acting as the Guardians of the gate. Should this not cause all sorts of issues for Statrek Discovery.
I would love to have seen the E this season, but we know there was a scene on the bridge of the D that was filmed, so my guess is thats whats in hanger 12. We know they have the saucer section, but I bet Geordi has had the stardrive rebuilt, or used parts off of other ships to make it intact again. Probably a surprise for Frontier Day.
I like the theory that those museum ships will be in some kind of endgame level battle but it probably wont happen. Since they have been put in a museum, its doubtful any of their weapons have any juice left in them or are still on board, it would be easy for pirates/thieves to show up and beam out the torpedoes from voyager. Though im still fuming that voyager and defiant are not still in active service, with replicators, you can repair pratically anything. Dont tell me the shelf life of an intrepid or defiant is only about 30 years, those girls still have life left in them.
Voyager had tech from Future Janeway on board that may or may not have been completely removed, it's probably the only ship at the museum that can still deploy at a moments notice and be battle ready not counting of course what may be in Hanger Bay 12.
Why would there be any reference to Discovery ? All the history and events related to Discovery are Classified/Redacted/Not spoken of. It intentionally doesn't exist anymore in Starfleet's history
Bio Monitor inscription read Kirk's accomplishments but at the end of the inscription it read Kirk was critically injured while assisting Picard on a Mission on Veridian 3 not killed🤔 hmmmm🖖
@@teejai5291 not according to the monitor. Terry Matalas acknowledged that Kirk is a part of project Phoenix and the bio monitor read life signs. Project Phoenix is acknowledging the Novel that was a sequel to Star Trek Generations where Kirk was resurrected. It's a good novel. Terry Matalas says it is one of his favorite Trek novels.
I don't understand why they stole the bounty's cloaking device. It's a century out of date. They had the defiant with a newer cloaking device why not take that? In fact why just take the cloak? Voyager was right there and being history lessoned by 7 of 9. No thoughts on some borg tech or the armor system incase the shrike shows up again? I laughed so hard when worf called it superior Klingon technology. Didnt he figure a way through it in generations?
There are no Discovery ships because we are all going to collectively forget that monstrosity of a series ever existed treat it like the female Ghost busters movie it never happened just move along.
@@geekinreviews Class name aside, Demario has a point- we only know of three Crossfield-class ships: The Crossfield (whose existence is only implied by the class name, and which hasn't done anything noteworthy that we know of), the Glenn (which was retrofitted with the spinning rings and spore drive, but was lost during a failed experiment) and the Discovery (which jumped into the future and whose existence was covered up). It doesn't seem like they made many other Crossfields (since they were testbeds specifically for warp-alternative tech), so there wouldn't be many other options to include. Plus, technically, only the spore drive Crossfields have the spinning rings, so any other Crossfield put in a museum should look different from the Discovery, which would defeat the "I recognize that ship!" point of the ships included in the PIC scenes.
The Glenn was Destroyed. The Discovery is classified. We can assume theres a Crossfield, but thats not certain, but its possible the whole class is classified, due to the Spore Drive.
But why did they hijack picard's body? If they can scan picard's brain and copy it's memories into the synth body, then they can rescan picard's body and pull out any piece of information stored in picard's brain. So do the founders want the borg nantes or information in picard's body?
My theory is that the Changelings/Founders will somehow reawaken Locutus to command the Enterprise-F and the fleet on Frontier Day. Picard did say that he would be giving a speech there, so it would be the perfect puppet leader for the Changelings.
It is a shame they could not sneak in N , A , S , A . shuttle may ~ be the Enterprise even if it NEVER really made it into space man SORRY ; it is quite small compeared to even the N ~ X class proabley about the same size as one of the NX shuttle ' s never mind , .
I would of asmumed that the uss new jersey tos consitution class would of been built around 2265 maybeeven up to 2266 or 2267 as a replacesment for one of the early 12 orginal tos contitution class ship. Mybe even build ast a test bed ship for modular ship construction that would later show up in consitutian refit class amd newer ships.
Picard is not available to my television. Didn't like Discovery. Could have been popular, as stand alone Sci-fi. Too different, too dark, and too despicable. Not Star Trek. Get to see glimpses of new programs in clips like this. As for the relevance of this ship museum? It's strange to see ships like Voyager and Defiant there. They seem too new to be museum ships. I wonder how many years later this is? Perhaps their waa no Excelsior class, because they are still in service for some reason. Wonder why what that would be? Extremely effective and upgradeable? Work horse ships like a B-52? Or- Something CLASSIFIED? Something secret in each hull, that makes the rest of the ship worth frequent modernization, and repeated upgrades? (Perhaps the "failed," transwarp drive, was officially a failure, but a secret success. Kept hidden for political reasons.) Guess I will never know. It's fun to speculate. It's actually easier to watch fan fiction Trek on my cellphone. Only got to watch Enterprise after the series became available on DVD. Enjoyed the entire series. Thought that the "ratings" for the show were depressed by potential viewers like myself having been locked out. For lack of access to the channel. All newer Star Trek projects have similar problems. Only people with full cable access can watch.

Its a good theory considering none of them have the linked command codes that the newer ships have.
I'll be mightily disappointed if they use that as a plot point in this show. Blatant ripoff of the BSG remake given it's exactly that concept the Cylons use to wipe out the 12 Colonies.
Thanks and thanks for watching
USS Excelsior is in the docking ring in front of the Akira of the wide shot of the fleet museum
I didn't see the Phoenix, Cochran's ship. Granted, that would be pre-Starfleet. But, I think they'd make an exception for that one. Unless it's on Earth in Montana. That could be too.
Picard said in First Contact that he saw it at the Smithsonian as a child.
It’s on earth in the smithsonian. Picard mentions it in first contact . Thanks for watching
Because no we can't have Voyager as a Museum at Starfleet Academy on Earth because it happened in another time line.
Hopefully ! Thanks for watching
uss excelsior is there according to manifest in the credits
Sure would be cool to see the mangled up saucer section the Enterprise-d inside the spacedock.
Might not be as damaged as you think ! Thanks for watching !
There appears to be a Saber there as well, curious to know what that ship is. The Yeager?
Well spotted ! Thanks for watching
Omg that would be amazing. 7 in charge of voyager, worf on defiant, Picard on stargazer, jack on enterprise A....
Could happen ! Thanks for watching
General Martok on the Bounty, I just want to see him back
We have seen something the Defiant did after DS9. It was a major part of the Battle against the Protostar.
and First Contact
@@yankeesrule587 wasnt that during DS9?
@@rhodrage hmmm I just checked. You are right, and even Star Trek Insurrection was during the Dominion War.
The new ship link does not exist in the old ships. The secret of bay 12?...... It's gonna be how they take down the changelings. With maybe a special guest of William Shatner?
so if there are the original constitution and refit class starships, this means that discovery and strange new worlds are in another time line?
I think Mattalas just prefers the older look and isn’t a fan of the disco verse ! Thanks for watching
I've been out of touch, bad marriage and divorce. How the heck did they come up with NCC-1701D? NCC-1975 was my favorite.
Hope things are better ! Thanks for watching
You forgot to mention Hanger Bay 12 😉 (possible enterprise D or F)
We’ll get the big D, not like that you dirty b%^*+€! !
There were only 2 Crossfield ships built, one was destroyed and the other is 900 years into the future.
There had to be a USS crossfield surely ??
I know that this part of the episode was just blatant pandering fan-service, but still, seeing all of this on screen turned me into a giddy little trekkie fanboy. 😀
Hey stranger ! What was your fav ship ?
Of course it's awesome, to finally see what was the fate of some of these ships, I personally am so happy they weren't scrapped.
Exactly, and somehow i hope the D will be in hangar 12 🥲
Excellent would have been if Geordie build a Dreadnought D 😬👍🏼
Voyager looked awesome especially from that underneath angle but I'd have to choose the Defiant
They said the ships can all talk.
Excelsior is inside the space dock
I did miss it ! Thanks for watching
What inside the base?
Smaller bases like a Russian doll !
Pike's constitution is 10 years before Kirk takes over the Enterprise.
The final episode was an alternative timeline of what would happen if Pike didn't have his accident, trade Pike's life for Spock's
Oh yes, this Constitution is Terry's the producer's birthday a d birthstate
Hangar 17 must have the enterprise
Yup ! Thanks for watching !
*RIP **_eaglemoss_*
Kirk is dead. It shows the date of his death as 2371. Which is the date of Generations when the D was partially destroyed.
What about docking bay 12? USS Enterprise NCC-1701D?
What if Jack is Kirk reincarnated? He has the look and has the attitude to go with it.
The voyager we see in pacard is the refit it would have had with al the borg tech
The one with the mutable attack mode, my is enterprise A and uss voyager but all are good
I chalk up Voyager looking a little "off" to the advanced armour system (or at least parts of it), various repairs to it in the Delta quadrant using non-Federation tech and materials, etc. Seeing the Ent-A was my fav. That aesthetic has always been my favourite. I don't care much for the TNG-era Fisher Price look to the ships (and the Abrams-verse aesthetic is absolutely hideous).
I think it was just a design error tbh. Thanks for watching !
I’d love to see all these ships flying, but there aren’t enough crew members.
They are attached to a base. So there might be enough in the museum ! It was earth space dock after all
Geordi LaForge is a genius engineer. Maybe he could automate a lot of those museum ships like Scotty did in Star Trek 3: The Search for Spock.
The enterprise with Picard went to a whole different galaxy once so it went further than any other ship
Good point !! Thanks for watching !
I liked the more detailed Voyager in Picard. I wouldn't mind if they were to one day go back and replace the original ship with that one..
Where was the NX Enterprise?
You see it again when the d leaves in ep 9
Terry MAtalas ( Picard S3 writer) was born in New Jersey in 1975. the NCC-1701 was destroyed, by what was to be the Bounty. so, why would that be there?
But we do know voyager want through a space Dock re fit when it came back so its not really impossible to thing they re skilled the Hull?
There was a exelsior in the back of shot.
*_NOT_* Kirk's enterprise! Any more than the "defiant" was DS9's defiant!
Ship scales are wrong. E.g. NCC1701-A larger than Nebula class? Don't think so.
Nice though even if it makes no sense.
Yeah they are all roughly the same size to fit into the rings ! I noticed that too. Thanks for watching !
Hold on, are we not missing a huge Easter egg issue. Earth has a stable wormhole, with the Borg being members of the Federation and acting as the Guardians of the gate. Should this not cause all sorts of issues for Statrek Discovery.
I'd like to see the Enterprise E their or D
Me too ! Thanks for watching
Oh defo I think the D is more likely to show up than the E ! Thanks for watching
@@geekinreviews I'd be happy to see either enterprise.
I want to see the A kick ass. We never got that due to effects limitations at the time
I thought the romulan war bird was fron orginal star trek series
I think the one in Balance of Terror was destroyed, wasnt it?
All the ships have been decommisioned - I doubt they have the weapons and engines needed for a battle
Toilets still flush.
You won't have the discovery as it was in the future 😂 and the discovery style ship was a prototype 😉
Why would there be any reference to Discovery ? All the history and events related to Discovery are Classified/Redacted/Not spoken of. It intentionally doesn't exist anymore in Starfleet's history
With voyager .
Starfleet had to strip the future armour and weapons from her.
And rebuild what's left.
Discovery is in the future and the sister ship was destroyed hence no crossfield class
What about the USS crossfield ?? Thanks for watching
Bio Monitor inscription read Kirk's accomplishments but at the end of the inscription it read Kirk was critically injured while assisting Picard on a Mission on Veridian 3 not killed🤔 hmmmm🖖
Yup !
Critically injured = mortally wounded. Course he died
@@teejai5291 there is a close up to the bio monitor I wish I could screenshot it so you can read it.
That defiant didn’t have a cloak. It’s the second version without one that’s in the museum. Thanks for watching
There are no Discovery ships because we are all going to collectively forget that monstrosity of a series ever existed treat it like the female Ghost busters movie it never happened just move along.
Could happen. Thanks for watching
there is no other disco class. it was a proto... it jumped to the future (beyond Picard) and is Classified.
The class of ship discovery is , is the cross field class. Not discovery class
Interesting ! Thanks for watching
@@EricTheSaylorman I just don't think, they'll recycle the borg, 2 seasons in a row, even if that is they're go to move on tng and voyager.
It is a shame they could not sneak in N , A , S , A . shuttle may ~ be the Enterprise even if it NEVER really made it into space man SORRY ; it is quite small compeared to even the N ~ X class proabley about the same size as one of the NX shuttle ' s never mind , .
Oww good idea actually ! Would have been tiny compared to the big ships though. Thanks for watching
I bet it’s a nod to Big J (BB-62)
First off- why are these still original time line ships instead of the Kelvin timeline monstrosity
It’s 2 different timelines. Vulcan still exists . Thanks for watching
@Geek In Review
But according to the Vulcan science ministry- time travel is an impossibility
In enterprise that’s hundreds of years before the tng era ! Also time travel is in every variation of trek!
@Geek In Review
Yup I am going enterprise quotes for you
Your audio is not high enough
I agree about the newish ships being there . Thanks for watching !
Comments from the future. You were so very wrong, and I am sure you are not upset about that.
