This is looking on point! Not sure if I can find souse meat on the west coast but I’m gonna try. For sure I can get pig feet which I love. Appreciate you posting this recipe!
My great grandmother use to call it “combination pot.” Also when I make pig feet or combination pot I like rice or potatoes, carrots and cabbage with some onions. One more thang, have you tried mustard and hotsauce on your pig parts? So good!!!
That sounds delicious. I am going to definitely cook a pot like that made my mouth water lol. And no, I’ve never tried mustard and hot sauce on pig parts I usually just use hot sauce. Will try it, I have a cooking channel also I will leave the link. ruclips.net/video/mA9u8_eoVoI/видео.htmlsi=5olXlacqWc0yges2
Love pig pot and I was raised on this cooking. Girl you made me hungry and now I need to get me some pig parts. When I was a little girl we raised our on hogs, chickens and we ate good. Now that I am 68 I have to go to the store. Love to all and God bless.
I like cleaning them that way because you can see all the hairs and the other stuff that’s on them. Sometimes you have to burn the hairs off. When boiling them to clean them you still have the hairs on that’s just my way of cleaning them and thank you!!
Yummy 😋👍
I can't wait to try this recipe.
Thank you 😊 It’s delicious 🤤
I have never heard of a PIG POT, but I want some, and I'm from Kentucky......

Lots of collagen, good for skin!
Also when I cook chitterlings I save some a dump them in the pot.Try a disposable razor it does the job.

I loved the way you clean the meat. This reminds me of the way I do it. Your seasoning is to my taste. Keep loving that pig and cooking it right.👌
