I made this cake. This is delicious! My husband loves it too. I didn't have raisins and added dried cranberries and it works great. I recommend it. I will definitely cook again. who loves carrot cake, pumpkin cake will love this cake. thank you so much for sharing this recipe! ❤
I CALL IT MY SPICE CAKE THEN AFTER PEOPLE HAVE ATE IT I TELL THEM IT'S TOMATO SOUP. THEY REQUEST IT ALL THE TIME. NO RAISINS OR NUTS. CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

Is there any reason I couldn’t use either home made tomato soup or maybe a low sodium canned soup if I can find it?
Cambell's makes low sodium tomato soup. I buy it all the time, not because I have high blood pressure or anything, I just like it less salty.
