    Good one. I had done abs and arms for 40 minuets before doing it. So was tired a little. Still completed it with breaks in between. Liked it .

    Wanted an active flow today and this was perfect except for core stuff which seem to always stress my neck but I adapted them and feel really good after 🙏🙏🙏

    Bit late to this, but I loved this practice. Really energising. I've been trying to do Wheel properly for two years. Today I did it twice. Lying on blocks made all the difference. Thank you.

    The shoulder stretch was amazing Tim! I surprised myself I could rotate back so far but was able to control it through with the breath. Thank you for another uplifting practice 😊

    Wow that was a great strong practice to start the morning with - and the shoulder stretching - that's exactly what I needed at this very moment, I've had very stiff shoulders lately (you've been reading my mail!) That ab/core work was a really nice addition. And way to go Ollie, you tell those delivery people! Thanks Tim, great session as always - have a good one 🙂

    So when it will be coming
    Your video creats magic
    I have won a title in a beauty pageant
    And before that i followed your videos
    For a whole month. And for each video the duration is 90 mins
    That was awesome

    I find bc i can't do a handstand or crow j cannot do your classes i wish you would go other poses

      Oh, well you can just do the preparation poses instead, practice squatting (Malasana) instead of crow, and I’ve only taught handstand 1 or 2 times out of 350 videos :)
