    Sir mere hips ka size badh raha hai aur army mai jane k liye mujhe chest ka size badhana hai to please hips k liye tips and chest k liye bata dijiye

    Sir Mera pair poora Jud Gaya thaa , aur exercise karne ke baad mudne bhi laga aur mein chal bhi Raha thaa aur dard bhi nahi ho raha thaa lekin ek din pair modne pe kabhi - kabhi dard karne laga uske baad jaakr x-ray karaaya toh Dr bol rahe hai haddi abhi sahi se juda nahi hai bole hai dawaai khaao aur exercise Karo thik ho jaayega toh mein aapse puchna chahta hu kya mein chal sakta hu lekin kabhi kabhi chalta hu toh halka-halka dard karta hai

    Sir mujhet knee k upper k thigh wapey part mein lateral sides mein muscle pain hein.kya karu?aur iska reason kya cycling ho sakta hein ya calcium deficiency?
