Thank You Dr Todd. This video is very helpful. I'm preparing for my right knee replacement. My independence is Crucial to me.

For the wall slide, I wanted to reduce friction so I taped parchment paper to the wall and found my slipperiest socks. I also drew lines across the paper to keep track of my progress.

The name of the video is pre-op exercises, which is said by the doctor at the beginning of the video also, but during the presentation of the exercises, it is always mentioned to help you "after" surgery... so please for which phase are these ?

After watching so many videos, this one is a great to the the point video with good exercises. Question should I be doing the same exercise in the opposite side also for preop exercises

I completely tore ACL and MCL 3 weeks ago. I been trying to start some exercises today to strength my leg but I can even bend my leg 30degres. Anything after that it feels like something is going to Pop.. should I wait lil more or just keep trying??

@@purnimaprakash1769 it’s been 5months today since my injury. I still haven’t got my surgery but I’ve been doing lots of PT. My range of motion is back and I’m able to walk with a limp.

The wall exercise requires lying on the floor.
Other than having a crane to get me back up, impossible!
