Tore my ACL nearly 4 years ago, only found out in January this year.
It has limited my physical activity.
I'm scared to go for surgery, damn.

Damn sorry about that, how does your knee range of motion feel right now. I wouldn’t go into surgery with a stiff or swollen knee that can’t really move because recovery & rehab gonna be much longer & harder.

@@y.h_3 no full range of motion is back no more pain or swelling it's gotten better over the years probably around 2022.
Only feels unstable when I have sudden unanticipated movements.
      Otherwise it's fine.
But I can't play any high impact/contact sports.

@@jasonngeno1651 ok that’s good. I’m 3 weeks post ACL surgery and honestly first 2 weeks were pretty hard but now I’m starting to see the progress of my physio/ rehab I’m starting to walk now, it’s a still a long journey to get back to playing sports, you just really got to focus on your physio & rehab. If your willing to work hard & go through that journey to get better, then you should do surgery but if your ok with not playing sports or being super active and your fine with how your knee feels now, then you should just do exercises to get your knee stronger !!
