I've had such severe lower back pain for the last 3 days, almost to the point of not being able to walk. This helped give me relief. Thank you so much!
@@DrRowe idk why my auto correct took off the S at the end of my comment cuase I'm not 30 I was referring too all men and woman lol but yeah man ima show some of my 30 year old friends about your RUclips whenever I'm with them again 👍🏼🇺🇸
That next level move is much easier to do on the floor, and you would not fall off like it feels you can from that bed. I do it as a part my morning all body stretch routine - first move those knees gently side to side a few times to warm up the muscles, then go for the full stretch with a pop. It might not pop if the back and oblique muscles are cold and stiff.
Thank you for your help! I had scoliosis surgery six years ago so I find it really difficult to relieve general back pain since I had titanium screwed into my spin from just below my back to just above my tail bone.
So no pop today for me, but the relief. Wow. I thought it was just my thoracic and neck that were tight but I feel the release from the hip down the thigh too. Maybe this is the cause of the numbness above my kneecap! 😮 held it for two minutes it was so good 🤣 never mind 20 seconds
Oh God I've been in agony due to disc bulge and hip discomfort and jammed lower back but started this with right leg and then as soon as in started left side heard a loud pop and releif.... second stretch
@@DrRowe yes it did help my left hip ...but my lower back is still jammed and I guess the pain travels to whole legs..can you suggest something...I've got lot of issues with this . Constipation ,super restricted movement in terms on even walking or sitting or lying down.im in agony and tears and feels light-headed even couple of minutes as the pain increases
Is this all right to do if i've already had a mini microdiscectomy down in the lower back and then the two disc above it are what they call ridiculopathy? I exercise a lot and stretch I'm not overweight or anything I go to a chiropractor but a lot of times I can't go to him just because of expenses so is it all right for me to do this? I already do the one pulling the leg over to the side as part of my back exercises
Is this stretch ok to do if i fell off of the top of a computer desk on my lower mid spine? Occasionallyi get neck pain and sever back pain and dizziness from that fall. My hips have been tight and stiff ever since then
Not too long ago I had a gym injury I was doing bent over barbell rows with tbar grip . It popped forward like rounded out as I went down like it would when deadlifting and my lower back is now straight and stomach looks weird . How do I lean back and get it back into that normal curvature position
I’m hyper flexed and this isn’t working and my long time chiro is even having issues. If the right side is the hurting side then which side should I do this on?
The fact that he’s usually got on some nice adidas makes me feel better about my shoe choice. I worry a lifetime of wearing chuck Taylors has ruined my knees hips and posture 😂 (I now wear adidas 90% of the time)
Both of these i max out and keep the torso parallel with my surface i am laying on and I twist my knee to touch my bed and even beyond on the edge side without feeling any greater tension. :|
I regress. Upon talking it out with myself I found a way to go deeper resulting in my leg going roughly 30⁰ beyond my torso resulting in a 120⁰required angle. Just have to 180⁰on my raised surface so I can get well beyond the surface. I won't be pulling beyond that I'm fearful of twisting myself in half and sheering my spin off. Thanks
this prolly wont work if you are flexible try this lean back on a strong table with your ass on your hands like you are a 45 degree angle. then push your back and your legs down like you are a strung bow. should pop even the most stubborn lower backs. like any exercise you are starting, for the love of god dont jerk.
Non of these videos have helped me pop a good bang for a relief. They're just exersices which is good but not enough for a pop relief they're too gentle for me
A big reason why people don't have a healthy back is because they don't stretch and exercise. This is a simple stretch called the 'corkscrew' and is practiced in yoga and therapy centers across the world.

dont force it? damn ive literally been forcing that pop daily for like 20 years.
some days i cant even sit down unless i force the pop
Lol same
But my way of forcing it gets more pops...
Try a ring dinger
you cant sit down because you forced that pop

The only thing I’ve learnt from this is I really need to see a chiropractor asap.
This comments old but please don’t see a neck chiropractor, the neck is filled with tons of very delicate parts that can be easily damaged
@@dweamer881 Okay. thank you.

If you pull your knee up further you can pop your mid back too

I don't even need to try i just know this won't crack my back...
I keep the bent leg straight, and then kind of let it drop and that gives me the pop.

The one where he’s laying on his bed if you do it aggressively you’ll pop your back
I tried the second one and it made me fart
And I also have Sciatica

Only if you know for a fact you have a healthy back. Dont risk this if you have sciatica. You can herniate a disc.
