Can you please help me with my back i have a spot in between my spine on both sides of the spine and i can feel the pop but it just won't pop its from a boxing injury so if you could help that would be great
Bro. I injured my back on a deadlift last year. My pain has gone away just recently but I couldn’t really move as freely as I used to with my lord back. I did the last two stretches back to back, they immediately brought relief to my lower back. I am so grateful that some is interested in helping others without charging ridiculous amounts of money. You have my gratitude.
okay so i’m a 16 year old male and i’ve been having some pain and feeling pressure on my lower back near my pelvis or hips and all i can say is wow!! this really works and it helped me. at first i didn’t feel any relief, even after doing all the stretches and feeling a small pop on both sides (with the bed stretch), but when i stood up and walked for a bit i noticed the difference. the pain or the pressure i felt was gone completely! thank you very much for this video. i’ve been dying to crack my lower back and release that annoying pressure i felt. i feel a lot better and flexible. thank you.
Yo, I have the same problem, I think I figured out why it's so bad, I will tellyou. When I lift something that really isn't that heavy, I use my back, so I can do it faster, but you really just have to take your time and use your arms

I get a lot of stiffness in my back cause I have scoliosis, and I know good stretches for upper back and middle back but these are the first lower back stretches that have actually worked for me. It didn’t pop, but it doesn’t hurt as much anymore, so thank you!
I’m a back sleeper but now have to sleep on my side because I’m pregnant 💜 My lower back and hips have been so tight and uncomfortable but these stretches have been so helpful! Thank you!
DOC! Thanks!!! I've been a bank analyst for 2 years just sleeping at my desk working so much. Investing all my earnings. My back and spine is sooo tight now. I should've addressed it sooner. I've seen a couple of doctors and they always crack my back and taught me methods to crack it. I've been super sore for the last 3 days and my next appt is 3 days from now. I tried that second stretch and I got 5 or 6 huge pops. I've been stretching all day for those. Great video
My lower back every once in a while gives me sciatic nerve issues, needed something quick on a busy work day. The stretch around 4:30 is really what did it for me; upon the first go-round, heard/felt 3 loud cracks and immediate relief.. 2 more cracks when going the opposite direction to balance. I'm good to go now, thank you so much!!
I can't thank you enough. Have been in a lot of pain for two days, could hardly move. Your method around the 4:30 mark worked for me - I heard the adjustment "clunk" and now I feel ok.

I was literally almost in tears today because my back has been hurting so badly all day. I experience back pain in my lower back very often. I was concerned that I may need medical attention due to the pain. That’s still something I am going to speak with my Dr. about. However after desperately looking for something online that would show me what to do for relief. I stumbled across your video and I am so happy I watched! I did every stretch and the second to last stretch was the one that gave me my POP 💥 After about 5 minutes, I felt like I have a new back! Sheeesh! I will forever use these tips! Definitely very thankful for you! Blessings to you 🙏

I've worked road construction all my life and played soccer until I was 42 years old(played for 35years). I'm now in my mid 50's. So my body is beat up to say the least.

Dude I love you. Thank you so much for this video. 5 days ago my husband knocked the dust off it. My back has been killing me I couldnt bent over, couldnt turn nothing.... you just saved my life I thought I had a slipped disk omg
health shouldn't be a business in the first place, that is a greedy mindset, hence why we have the heroin pandemic world wide because of doctors prescribing addictive pain medication to patients who got hooked, then got their prescriptions taken away and had to find illegal street drugs to cope with the pain and addiction. All because of the greed that big pharma pushed onto doctors claiming its safe and effective!
Thank you, in 2 min .2hrs and a doctor visit saved.Been walking crooked for a week now, thinking it were just the musles.First time i had this, ever. The door stretch didnt cut it, so i used some weights to keep one side on the floor and pulled slow but hard to the other side till "pop" :) i was kinda surprised how far i could stretch, my left knee was almost touching the ground on the other side.
Love these, I will have to try the standing one. I do the corkscrew lying down almost every day. What is it "popping"? Is that that the SI Joint? I am curious if there is something people can do to avoid feeling that need to pop it. Are there exercises or stretches you recommend as a complement?
I was mixing concrete 3+ years ago, I had the bag on my chest, and I was leaning forward. Felt like someone got a sword and chopped me thru my spine. And I haven’t been the same since. Pain comes and goes, but I can’t put my son in his car seat because of it. I’m 24 and never had any problems before. What does that sound like happened to me?
See a doctor about possible herniated disc(s). My dad had 3 of them and he described the initial pain as the exact same thing, sword/knife in the spine after lifting something improperly for the spine. Either way I would highly suggest seeing a doctor and getting an x-ray for a start. It can cause permanent damage if left untreated and its severe enough. If its badly herniated going to the chiropractor could make it worse so be sure to find that out first as well! My dad made that mistake the first time around thinking it wasn't that bad and his back was just "out" 😅
This what I had done for my sciatica . I got a chair like you might find in a doctor's office . I have athletic shoes on my feet . I sit in the chair and easily put my feet as far as comfortable underneath with ankles crossed . I then grip the right side arm rest with both hands , turn and pull to the right until I hear a " crack " . I then do the same to the left side . Majority of time this has ended the pain or greatly reduced it .
Very effective. Having lower back pains from disc golf. Mainly because started to using more legs and hips for more powerful backhand throws. Worst was when pain was there all the time sitting on car or toilet. Needed some time to be able to straighten my back. Is there more that I can do to my back?

Always such helpful tips and techniques for home relief. Thank Doc!
Happy to help, and thanks so much for watching!
Very effective. Having lower back pains from disc golf. Mainly because started to using more legs and hips for more powerful backhand throws. Worst was when pain was there all the time sitting on car or toilet. Needed some time to be able to straighten my back. Is there more that I can do to my back?
