Basically this is a 3min infomercial for their book. All these “odd couple” kid books telling kids to get along in a time when kids are the least ones having trouble “getting along.” It’s the adults who need to learn how to be tolerant. Ducks will imprint on people and animals from a very young age. Once they imprint, that bond is pretty much inseparable. What a great pair these two are.

Biss and Olee are the classic YIN & YANG combination. They are totally opposites in so many ways. But they perfectly complement each other, making for a beautiful friendship!

Newfies are truly the most gentle of giants. I miss mine so much. To see these besties really warms my heart and I thank you for the opportunity to see this beautiful relationship.
almost 40 years ago since my childhood Newfie died. I don't think there has been a day where I didn't think about it. Recently we got a lovely Border Lab (Borador), and from time to time, I think I see a glimpse of my old Newfie's kind soul in his eyes :)

Having owned a Newf, they are known for getting along with all animals. Mine made best friends one year with Robin (they were never more than 5 ft apart), she also learned to mimic the bird calls (I go so I couldn’t tell who was making the noise). And they are natural water dogs so sharing water time together is something they have in common. These guys are on TikTok and have a book too!
I have never had room for a dog as large as a Newfoundland but they are one of my favourite breeds. I've met quite a few and they were all really calm but very friendly.
About four years ago my wife and I met a beautiful Newfoundland outside our local supermarket. Until a few years ago my wife didn't like dogs at all and around this time she was still fairly nervous of them. Despite this, she was cuddling this Newfoundland almost immediately after meeting him (she did ask his owner) and she was so charmed by his fine temperament and amazing bear like appearance that she talked about getting one herself for weeks.
They are great dogs.

Newfoundlands are incredibly gentle dogs. I had a 180 lbs puppy named Rex and he was such a kind and playful newfoundland.

It’s a Newfoundland. It’s a decently well known large breed.
I believe that he’s a Newfoundland.
As you can see, Newfoundlands are very large dogs but they are amongst the most placid, friendly dogs you could wish to meet.
I have loved dogs all my life and met thousands of dogs of hundreds of breeds and every single Newfoundland I have met was calm and very friendly. They really are lovely dogs and I don't and never have owned a Newfoundland myself so I'm not biased about it.
Yup a Newfoundland, I had one growing up. They have webbed feet as well as an extra layer of fat and are often used as a water rescue dogs by the coast guard etc. They are the such chill dogs and incredibly intelligent. My Newfie Sheba ran across our pool one winter and fell through. She managed to swim under the water in the deep end all the way to the other xhalluw end and break through the ice. I was about 8 and watched it happening I called to my mom and we had to pull this soaking wet dog that already weighed about 150 dry out of the pool. We dried her with the blow dryer and after that everyone someone used the hair dryer she eoukd run jnto the bathroom and lift her face to the dryer with her mouth open.
