This is one of the best exercises trust me!! I did this for a month or so in the beginning of covid n i could clearly see the results before this my waist was 26" now its already 24 "before this my waist was in rectangular shape but now i feel like its in hourglass shape definitely this workout has helped me a lot to me tht hourglass shape so i totally recommend dis one👍
I did it for more than a week. And it seemed to work. You may or may not lose weight but you may get into shape! And since this was the first time me doing an exercise continuously without any break inbetween. after 2 weeks I fell ill! Take care, eat healthy foods and then continue with your exercises.😄

Hey guys ....the diet I used to follow is 1st in morning I take 2 glass of warm water and dry fruits then after 15 to 20 mins I start my workout and then after workout I had my breakfast, 2 pieces of brown bread with banana or cornflakes. After 15 min of my breakfast I take one glass of warm water with raw honey, before lunch I take one glass of warm water and after 20 min I had my lunch , for evening snack I take some dry fruit or 1 apple or 1 glass of mosambi juice , before dinner I take again one glass of warm water and then in 8pm I had my dinner and for dinner I take only soup i.e tomato soup or veggie soup for 7 days .... So guys this is my diet plan and honestly speaking it really help me to lose weight fastly. If you guys really going to start this diet plan then please share your experience after 7 days.😊
Guys if your looking if it works or results it does I just finished this challenge I did this for 7 days in row I did not miss a day and it worked I notice the results just like the photo in the thumbnail , before I had wider luv handles and my stomach was wider but with this it made it look nicer and it was more “ pinched “ more like how the thumbnail shows it , something like that, But ya you guys should def try it , it WORKS 😁

I swear this is my first day of doing tgis channels workouts but they are SOOO good! The exersizes aren’t too conplicated, everything is straight to point and it breaks quite the sweat! The breaks could be a little shorter but eh, I can always skip them. Good job!

I'll update :). But I'll probably do more than a week. About my stomach: My tummy looks bloated, even though I eat healthy (one cheat day per week) Height: 167.5 cm Starting weight: 62.8 kg (can fluctuate easily tho) BMI: 22.4 Waist: 28.3 - Day 1: After the workout, I was quite exhausted. I see no changes obv. Day 2: I wasn't as exhausted as yesterday. No changes Day 3: Cheat day. I did this workout before eating unhealthy. I saw a minor change Day 4 and 5: Skipped because I forgot lmao, but I pretty much exercise/be active everyday ✌🏻. Day 6: Comparing to day 1, my stomach looks pretty flatter. My waist also looks slimmer, even though I'm not 100 % sure, cause I lost my measure tape... Day 7: Today I ate really unhealthy food, because I was at a party.. But I see no shocking changes, prolly the stomach is a little bigger now, who knows? Day 8: Barely any differences, probably yesterdays food slowed the process a little bit xd. Day 9: I can feel a little change, but I feel like I'm not going anywhere. Probably it's cuz of water weight, my body type or idk.. Day 10: Yay, I got a change. I think I have slightly slimmer waist & stomach! It's hard to tell though now, cause I did this workout at night (10 PM) and usually your stomach is bigger at night. Day 11: Less fat in waistline (?) Day 12: I can see a small outline of tiny abs, if that makes sense. Stomach is still not fit, there's fat. Edit (September 27) : It works!! My waist is quite slim now comparing to my other measurements. I have medium bone structure I think, but someone please tell me 'bout my build, here's my measurements Bust cir.: 34.4 in (87.5 cm) Waist cir: 28.3 in (72 cm) Hips cir: 37.4 in (95 cm) Shoulder width: 12.4 in (31.5 cm) Those days were enough, now I just wanna live my life with focusing on building muscle, eating delicious healthy food and just trying to boost my confidence, mainly my relationship with my body.

Abhipsha these exercises especially effected my belly fat and waist line rather than arms and legs I suggest uh to do particular exercises for particular parts.
I have done this for 9 days and it works. Around day 5 I started to noticed some toning and around day 9 I noticed I had reached my goal. I did not expect it would, because it was similar to exercises I did before, but it did so I am happy. I started another challenge by Roberta's gym.

Guys if your looking if it works or results it does I just finished this challenge I did this for 7 days in row I did not miss a day and it worked I notice the results just like the photo in the thumbnail , before I had wider luv handles and my stomach was wider but with this it made it look nicer and it was more “ pinched “ more like how the thumbnail shows it , something like that, But ya you guys should def try it , it WORKS 😁

Omg- 1 day and results!?? this is amazing for de-bloating! For the first time in a long time I woke up with no bulge in my tummy and I felt so healthy too! I’ve seen improvements around my waist and it’s just omg! 😭, (my body is a mesomorph so this might explain the quick changes!) I’m still so surprised. i’ve never been able to do any work outs and see this kind of results in a day! Hallelujah!! ✨

With continuous exercise, you can make good progress if you work out everyday with specific exercises. And this is what today's workout is meant to do for you! Hey Roberta,I came to share my review today after doing your exercises for 7 days, I did these exercises for 7 days and I also dieted with them, today after 7 days I lost 1.5 cm from my upper abdomen and 2 cm from my lower abdomen Good but my target is bigger so I will try other exercises of your channel. However, it is very easy to do your exercises because the rest time is more, it is very good for those who have just started exercising and i am also a beginner so that's easy for me, Thank you :) :)

I swear this is my first day of doing tgis channels workouts but they are SOOO good! The exersizes aren’t too conplicated, everything is straight to point and it breaks quite the sweat! The breaks could be a little shorter but eh, I can always skip them. Good job!

About my stomach: My tummy looks bloated, even though I eat healthy (one cheat day per week)
Height: 167.5 cm
Starting weight: 62.8 kg (can fluctuate easily tho)
BMI: 22.4
Waist: 28.3

Day 1: After the workout, I was quite exhausted. I see no changes obv.
Day 2: I wasn't as exhausted as yesterday. No changes
Day 3: Cheat day. I did this workout before eating unhealthy. I saw a minor change
Day 4 and 5: Skipped because I forgot lmao, but I pretty much exercise/be active everyday ✌🏻.
Day 6: Comparing to day 1, my stomach looks pretty flatter. My waist also looks slimmer, even though I'm not 100 % sure, cause I lost my measure tape...
Day 7: Today I ate really unhealthy food, because I was at a party.. But I see no shocking changes, prolly the stomach is a little bigger now, who knows?
Day 8: Barely any differences, probably yesterdays food slowed the process a little bit xd.
Day 9: I can feel a little change, but I feel like I'm not going anywhere. Probably it's cuz of water weight, my body type or idk..
Day 10: Yay, I got a change. I think I have slightly slimmer waist & stomach! It's hard to tell though now, cause I did this workout at night (10 PM) and usually your stomach is bigger at night.
Day 11: Less fat in waistline (?)
Day 12: I can see a small outline of tiny abs, if that makes sense. Stomach is still not fit, there's fat.
Edit (September 27) : It works!! My waist is quite slim now comparing to my other measurements. I have medium bone structure I think, but someone please tell me 'bout my build, here's my measurements
Bust cir.: 34.4 in (87.5 cm)
Waist cir: 28.3 in (72 cm)
Hips cir: 37.4 in (95 cm)
Shoulder width: 12.4 in (31.5 cm)
Those days were enough, now I just wanna live my life with focusing on building muscle, eating delicious healthy food and just trying to boost my confidence, mainly my relationship with my body.

THESE EXCERCICES ARE REALLY GOOD GUYS THIS IS AMAZING I'M SO GLAD THAT THIS WORKED FOR ME AND I FOUND THESE EXCERCICES ARE ACTUALLY SO EASY COMPARED TO SOME EXCERCICES AND IT'S REALLY GOOD.

Abhipsha these exercises especially effected my belly fat and waist line rather than arms and legs I suggest uh to do particular exercises for particular parts.
I have done this for 9 days and it works. Around day 5 I started to noticed some toning and around day 9 I noticed I had reached my goal. I did not expect it would, because it was similar to exercises I did before, but it did so I am happy. I started another challenge by Roberta's gym.

Thank you for the feed back. I've been doing some of Robertas work outs and I'm going to try this one. I feel really good and see a difference but my scale has to catch up Lol. I'm 59 and having a hard time losing but I feel better no matter what my scale says.
Guys, i highly recommend you guys doing this excercise:) i have been doing this for 3 days at 10pm everynight. Eventhough its not a long time, it does work. My waist is getting smaller after 3 days workout 😭😭🙏🙏 !!! I hope this will comment will help everyone

So tough exercise. Unable to do but I tried it and made it possible to do. Within 12 days I lose 9 kg weight . This exercise works . Thanks for the exclusive exercise
