Travel hack, use a travel agent and request that they book directly for you. That way you get both the miles AND extra perks from you travel agents 🤩

Alaska BOFA Card also opened another Alaska account for me even though I tripled check the Alaska number I inputted in the app. Had to merge as well. Seems like a common thing with BOFA to open a new Alaska account 😂

For the Hyatt personal card, isn’t it (1) free night cert (the one for 15k spend), not 2? The second one will only arrive at the anniversary date?
Yes! Thank you for clarifying! The first free night that comes with the card will arrive after your first cardmember anniversary. We assume this would be a card someone would want to keep holding.
Hi guys, question for Nicole. A couple shows ago you told us how you added a segment on American Airlines on your flight to Japan. Can you please remind me if it has to be a saver award availability? I have a flight coming up on March 23 and I need to add a leg from Dallas to Tulsa, but that segment shows 75,000 points 🤦♀️. Not sure if I Steven try to call AA on that.

Hi, I live in the UK and opened an AA awards account 3 wks ago. I found a brilliant deal and called them to transfer my amex to AA points, but they said no! Then they said I couldn't buy points for 6 mths? Please can you help advise me of how I can buy 120,000 points or use my amex points, without booking through amex. Any help is really appreciated 😊
Hello! We are not as familiar with Amex in the UK. Our recommendation is to see if you can see the same AA flight award availability on British Airways Avios or Cathay Pacific Asia Miles. If you do see the flight, check to see if you can transfer your Amex UK points to these programs to book. Good luck and let us know how it goes!
