A number of you are asking why Jay and Hatun are making these claims when they aren't Arab scholars themselves. Jay has had two years of Arabic, but he said very clearly at 33:20 to 34:00 of this video that he is not an Arabic scholar, nor that he or Hatun did any of the Arabic analysis with these verses. That was all done by Arabic scholars, who chose not to be filmed, because of the repercussions to them and their families, both in the UK and in their native Arab countries. Jay and Hatun were only introducing the painstaking work done by others. It's sad that the Arab scholars who did the work could not
introduce the material they worked so hard on themselves, due to the danger posed by Muslims, even in London.

Tx 1985 why don't you invest your time investigating their claims and attempt to prove them wrong if you disagree? “They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness” (2 Thessalonians 2:10-12). Jesus says “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.” -John 14:6. Truth is everything if what they are saying is a lie prove it.

Tx 1985, Jews didn't accept the messiah, that's why, muhammedi tried to convince them all the time. Jews, till this day, wait the final and last prophet, from there comes that story. Jesus in english is from greek, if you are willing to learn, we can talk. Meanwhile i'll enquire, what's your evidences, about the bible corruption? Except that Quran and your imam, says that? Infact, Quran actually tells us, that Jews used to hide some scriptures, and didn't reveal it. You know, The Sultan of Oman professor of Arab and Islamic studies Abdullah Saeed quote -
Since the authorized scriptures of Jews and Christians remain very much today as they existed at the time of the Prophet, it is difficult to argue that the Qur’anic references to Tawrat and Injil were only to the “pure” Tawrat and Injil as existed at the time of Moses and Jesus, respectively. If the texts have remained more or less as they were in the seventh century CE, the reverence the Qur’an has shown them at the time should be retained even today. Many interpreters of the Qur’an, from Tabari to Razi to Ibn Taymiyya and even Qutb, appear to be inclined to share this view. The wholesale dismissive attitude held by many Muslims in the modern period towards the scriptures of Judaism and Christianity do not seem to have the support of either the Qur’an or the major figures of tafsir. ### to add about the bible validity, Bible has around 500,000 cross references over Taurah and Injil that means, New Testament and Old Testament is referring perfectly to each other. That's actually why christians use Torah and Evangelium together. The new testament was written in Greek and Arameic. Bible is a very miraculous book as it is written over 1500 years by many authors yet the central theme is unified as if it were conducted like a symphony by one author? Christianity recognizes the themes as foreshadowed by God as embedded in the bible as well as in Jewish traditions. These patterns occur over and over again. Jesus died on the cross to fulfill the old testament requirements and simultaneously usher in a new promise to the Jews first and then to non-Jews. The purpose of these 613 laws is to show how difficult it is to keep them all, all the time.

The lies are now being exposed and the internet will do the rest. May the false prophet be exposed so Muslims can leave this 7th Century fascist political ideology camouflaged in religion. Not good for humanity.

We have been notified that some of our slides at the end of this video seem to be saying the same thing in both slides. let us help you look at the slides to better understand how they differ.
The first accusation is that the numbering is not the same for the verses on the left and the right sides of the slides. This is because the Hafs version (on the left) tends to print their numbers at the beginning of the verses, while the other versions sometimes print their numbers at the end of the verses. Hatun and Jay cannot control where the printers decide to print their verse numbers, but you will see that the Arabic within the two verses correspond with each other, except for the word/s
    they are referring to.
Another accusation is that in the main body of the verses, they show exactly the same word which is in dispute on both sides of the slide. You will need to look at the right or left margins of the slide, to the word or words which are underlined in the margin. That is where the variants can be found, and where the printers have placed them. And there you will see that they are written differently from the Hafs version.
We should have mentioned these problems at the outset. Our apologies

Speaker suffer from lack of knowledge
      -------------------------------------------
Regarding the 7 readings ways in the Quran, there are some words and speaking styles used according to different spellings of arabic regions, where each region use proper words to describe an event by a way that differs to other regions but they all make a complete meaning from other angles with more clarification and understanding, like reading in Active and Passive form or Singular and plural nouns without loss of generality. This matter in the Quran makes it miraculous book not like any other book.
      Some examples in the Quran:
Ittakhizzou and ittakhazou (Take and they took)
Explanation: when we read the complete verses we will know that Allah order us to take from the place of Ibrahim as a place prayer as (the earlier people in Ismail’s time) as they took from the place of Ibrahim as a place prayer at that time.
Naghfur and Yughfur (We shall forgive you your sins and your sins shall be forgiven)
Explanation: when we read the context of the complete verse we will know that it is in Active and Passive form where in the second word "Yughfur" the reader knows implicitly who is the forgiver.
Yakzebuuna and Yukazzubuuna (They lie and They accuse of lying)
Explanation: when we read the complete verses we will know that the meant people have the quality of lying and accusing others of lying.
Miskeenen and Massakeena (a poor and poor men)
Explanation: when we read the context of the complete verse we will know that the meaning is:
For those who cannot fasting a day in Ramadan (With hardship), there is a ransom, the feeding of one man or or more (this is point of different readings because it depends to the capability of feeding).
Qaatala and Qutila (Fight and were killed)
Explanation: The verse is: "How many of the prophets fought (in Allah's way)" and "How many of the prophets were killed (in Allah's way)"
when we look at this verse we will see the scene image from two angles where there were prophets who fought without being killed and others were killed (in Allah's way).
Summarizing the subject, the 7 readings of the Quran is a miraculous matter not like what they say those who don’t know neither the Arabic language nor the historical events because they look at these matter by one eye with my respect to the honest Christians.

I now see that the human can't understand something when they don't want to. If Hazret-i Muhammad (sav) was able to read and write, people would think that he wrote Koran himself. They'd call him a poet because of the poetic language of Koran. There's no mistake in Allah's creation and there are always reasons and responses for our questions that we should search and learn.

Okay show a single manuscript from within first century after Jesus. Then explain how many books the bible Actually contains.. 71? 67? 80? Why did the earliest accounts of the bible contain the likes of Thomas and Mary, but the supposed 'real' Bible of today doesn't? Why are so many verses from the KJV found to be interpollation or fabrication by Your own bible scholars?
Why is 'THE word of God' still relying on King James' Bible which dates back to the 16th century, while older manuscripts have been found that are in conflict with KJV? Who is Matthew? Mark? Luke or John? Simply a penname of which you don't even know who wrote the account, when it was written etc etc... Just a few of the almost unlimited flaws regarding the Bible without even scratching the surface...

    • @mikailarican6582
      @mikailarican6582 7 лет назад +1

AURORA08A obviously if you rely on islamophobic sources to disprove Quranic authenticity, its like me asking a football fan whether his favorite team or their rivals are better...
To get to the point, people in the time of Prophet Muhammad SAW used to have copies/pieces of all types of material with Scripture written on it... These were usually combined with their own commentary on the verses or sayings from the Prophet and his companions about the specific verses.
As far as I know these manuscripts were accompanied with a disclaimer that not all content was the actual Qur'an, a Side note which islamophobes don't like to mention.
This is the reason why many written forms of revelation had to be destroyed in order to standardize the actual Revelation.
The Qur'an itself doesn't even rely on these written material because from the time of the Prophet pbuh until now people have memorized the Qur'an, which is pretty much the strongest way to preserve Scripture.
If you are intellectually honest towards yourself you know you shouldnt really solely on anti'islamic/ non islamic sources to confirm Your bias, but look at it from an objective basis..

    • @truthseeker2636
      @truthseeker2636 7 лет назад +2

Mikail Arican, you asked for a single manuscript from the time of Jesus? There are plenty, one of which is the dead sea scrolls, dated from 150BC (Old testament) and all the way to 70AD (New testament), which is identical in meaning to the Holy Bible in English of today. So why don't look if there is existing material before making such nonsense and idiotic claims. Which show your complete ignorance. The Bible is composed of 66 books by 40 different writers over 1,500 years, yet it has one consistent storyline running all the way through.
Secondly, all the Apostles wrote their Scriptures, but only 4 made it as the Gospels, because they give the most complete picture, of the same events from different points of views of the Apostles, and there there is also the Scripture of Saint Paul, that were circulating in the Church, that could be verified, as these were circulating through the churches. Therefore the Scripture that we have in the holy Bible are canonical, but what did not make it is that which was apocrypha, or of dubious origins, that was not circulating in the Church at the time of the Apostles, or could not be verified. So basically fake accounts did not make it into the Bible, and you are asking about the fake accounts.
Then there is the KJV you are asking about, which there may be many different TRANSLATIONS of the Holy Bible, but the overall message does not change, neither do these TRANSLATIONS mean there are different Bible, since the original Holy Scripture are mainly in Hebrew, and some in Aramaic and Greek. That Original Scripture remains unchanged, so no we do not have many different Bibles, just many different translations, so many different people can understand it. I hope you can understand the difference between a translation of the Holy Bible, and original Scripture now, since you seem to have thought that a translation equals to a different Bible.

Thank you very much. That annoying Muslim in the video continuously shouts that there are variations in the Bible, but he doesn't want to hear the truth about his Quran! Muslims are just confused about the whole idea.
Christians never claimed that their New Testaments were "direct words of God", but they are revelations coming from the Holy Spirit to the apostles or to the first generation of the disciples of the apostles. The Four Evangelists are Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, the authors attributed with the creation of the four canonical Gospel scriptures.
But the Islamic claim that the Quran is the direct and unchanged words of God is a huge claim that could not be proven as true. Furthermore, finding problems in other books does not turn this Islamic claim into a fact. Simple logic; focus on your book to see if can stand to objective testing.

      Thank you
It is from ignorance to talk about whatever book without knowing or understanding the language of that book.
You should know the difference between the american and british spelling, is there any meaning error when you read any known text context using one of them, of course not because doesn't matter the style of writing while the meaning is confirmed and every one write the word as he sounds it out. I mean I could write the Quran even using english letters while keeping the same recitation and spelling. What is important is the listener who should listen the same recitation as like arabic recitation, thus same meaning. I tell you more than that, the two men who would read text context using the american and british spelling, they will reach you the message by the the same way if a third illiterate man who memorieses the same text by heart. Regarding the Quran, it is the same thing, me personnaly, I memorise the whole Quran by heart form my cheikh who memorized it from reliable connected chain of cheikhs "machayekh" over the centeries connected to Abdullah ibn Masood from the Prophet peace be upon him from gebrayel from the God Allah.
This matter is not available for the other books because the people have lost the original talk from the God, where these books were revealed to specified people in a specified region not all mankind. Hence, Allah sent many books to people successively to remember them that there is no God but Allah, until coming the prophet Muhammed peace be upon him with the last revelation "The Quran" to all mankind any where in the earth, and Allah by his holy will and his own wisdom wanted to this Quran to be the final guidance and warning to mankind.
      Allah says in the Quran:
"Whoever is guided is only guided for [the benefit of] his soul. And whoever errs only errs against it. And no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another. And never would We punish until We sent a messenger." surah Al Isra 15 (QS 17: 15)
      In other verse He says:
"[O Prophet!] We have sent down to you the Book for mankind with the truth. Then whoever adopts the right way, will do so for his own soul, and whoever goes astray, injures his own soul. You are not their custodian." surah Az Zumar 41 (QS 39: 41)
May Allah guide you to the straight way if you open your heart without arrogance
or racine pride or religion background or how the others would see you.
      Allah says in the Quran:
" So whoever Allah wants to guide - He expands his breast to [contain] Islam; and whoever He wants to misguide - He makes his breast tight and constricted as though he were climbing into the sky. Thus does Allah place defilement upon those who do not believe". surah Al An’am 125 (QS 6: 125) english translation.
      Thanks

We at Pfanderfilms would like to thank David Wood for uploading both this video and the shorter 'teaser' version of this most damaging material against the Qur'an. It should help those watching come to the firm conclusion that the Qur'an is nothing more than a man-made document, compiled, and changed over a period of 100 - 200 years after Muhammad, and thus created by men who are very much like we are, failed human beings, who simply cannot agree on what God really says.

how on earth someone would write a book and than rebuke himself in surat abasa
The Prophet frowned and turned away
      80:2
Because there came to him the blind man, [interrupting].
      80:3
But what would make you perceive, [O Muhammad], that perhaps he might be purified
      80:4
Or be reminded and the remembrance would benefit him?
      80:5
As for he who thinks himself without need,
      80:6
      To him you give attention.
      80:7
And not upon you [is any blame] if he will not be purified.
      80:8
But as for he who came to you striving [for knowledge]
      80:9
While he fears [ Allah ],
      80:10
      SAHIH INTERNATIONAL
      From him you are distracted.
      80:11
      No! Indeed, these verses are a reminder;

So whoever wills may remember it.

Abdulaziz Al Saif for a start the Arabic language was not fully developed when the Quran was first committed to writing, meaning that as the language developed the Quran changed from its original form.
Secondly none of the museum Qurans are from the right period and all show signs of editing an re-writing.
The 'Satanic verses' verse was amended.
Several Hadith show amendments took place, Jay actually quotes many here. It's not so much an exact when because the Quran was not fully placed into its current format until 1924.
The fact that they have 26 versions all with variations should prove everything. Unfortunately, many Muslims will never accept any of this (or that the Quran should have at least seven variants according to Muhammad) because they are indoctrinated into believing the book is perfectly preserved!

Thirty-five versions of the Qur’an are known to have existed and to have been accepted in early Islam. Eventually, under the influence of the Islamic scholar ibn Mujahid (d. 935 AD) at Baghdad, one system of consonants was canonized, and a limit was placed on the variations of vowels. This resulted in seven systems of readings providing fourteen versions of the Qur’an, as each of the seven was traced through two different transmitters as follows:
    1. Nafi’ of Medina (d. 785 AD) according to Warsh and Qalun
    2. Ibn Kathir of Mecca (d. 737 AD) according to al-Bazzi and Qunbul
    3. Ibn ‘Amir of Damascus (d. 736 AD) according to Hisham and Ibn Dhakwan
    4. Abu ‘Amr of Basra (d. 770 AD) according to al-Duri and al-Suri
    5. Abu Bakr ‘Asim of Kufa (d. 778 AD) according to Hafz and Ibn 'Ayyash
    6. Hamza of Kufa (d. 772) according to Khalaf and Khallad
    7. Al-Qisa’i of Kufa (d. 804 AD) according to al-Duri and Abu’l Harith
(Cyril Glassé, The Concise Encyclopedia of Islam, San Francisco: Harper & Row, 1989, p. 324).

The 'stories' of the quran's were taken from 'religions' of different kinds... the Bible, pagans, etc... and they were written by scribes for centuries after muhammad's death, starting with mecca, then madina, and so on. EDIT: Actually, even before mecca. But mainly starting with mecca.

    Thank you
It is from ignorance to talk about whatever book without knowing or understanding the language of that book.

The rest support the argument that the Qur'an is not textually unchanged, but I'm curious about theologically significant variants. Thanks!

Hatun's dedication to covering this issue is astounding to say the least. It's quite clear in this video that she has a commendable knowledge from an outsider's perspective and that she's deserving of a lot more attention from those that are trying to understand Islam. My only complaint is that she kept being interrupted. While I certainly liked some of what Jay had to say in backing up things she said, emphasizing to the crowd certain bits of information, and contribution to the discussion with both her and the crowd, it would have been nice to see it scaled back a bit. It's also unfortunate that those amongst the crowd interrupted her so frequently as well. Definitely too much yelling but I guess that's what you should expect when questioning another's religion.

The golden advice is to not judge any book without reading it, understanding, questioning the scholars about it not the superficial brains
      All the best

I just started following Acts17Apologetics. Although this is almost 3 years old, I would suggest that those who are defending the one Quran position, pick out the right one. Then ask a few more the same. Then when they differ, ask them how they know each of them picked the right one. Amazing how the Muslims are so dogmatic about Allah keeping their book pure when the evidence is right there in front of them that he didn't. Imams are the greatest purveyors of lies satan has ever produced. The best way to do this is to have them bring their personal copies and ask them all to look at the version they have.

  • @RevJay_Rides
    @RevJay_Rides 7 лет назад

The only response they have is to disrupt, not presenting any facts. Make a loud noise and attempt to steal/hide the evidence... This makes their case look so ridiculously stupid. Wow.

you're doing wrong Quran is the word of God and no one can change this book.
and God promised to us that: Surah Al-Baqara, Verse 2:
    ذَٰلِكَ الْكِتَابُ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ هُدًى لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ
This is the Book (the Quran), whereof there is no doubt, a guidance to those who are Al-Muttaqun [the pious and righteous persons who fear Allah much (abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds which He has forbidden) and love Allah much (perform all kinds of good deeds which He has ordained)].
But unfortunately you're insulting our religion and you're anti Islam religion, but you can not destroy that..!
talk about your religion talk about your books mistake and has been deleted the name of prophet Mohammad (Peace Be Upon Him) from Gospel...
    how can solve your trinity?

When ever Quran preservation is debunked they bring Bible to the words. But the problem is we Christians never claimed that Bible is eternal like Quran and will never change bcz we know it's possible bcz if a human want's he could change it bcz it's not been controlled by some Government. Even though Quran was controlled by Government they have so much variation so just think what if it wasn't controlled by Government then it would have break a record for variations.

according to Muslims the Quran exist also in heaven as a perfect copy and that it is the same with other Quran in the world today....this makes the one in heaven the original copy(Manuscript) and all others are copies. How do we know whether the one`s in the world are the same with the one in heaven(Manuscript). There is no way to verify this making them all copies without a manuscript. They should drop the reasoning that it is the same as the one in heaven since no one has ever seen it to verify whether they are the same.

    • @edenhazard05
      @edenhazard05 7 лет назад

allah said he will preserve it..also the quran has never changed in first place to say how we know this version is the right one..
the simple fact is that none of the differences, whether vocal or graphic, between quiraat has any great effect on the meaning..many are the differences which do not change the meaning at all, and the rest are differences with an effect on the meaning in the immediate context of the text itself, but without any significant wider influence on muslim thought..
so you will not find a word that is added or a word that is deleted between different quiraat..trust me this accusation is so ridiculous

    • @christianknight9670
      @christianknight9670 7 лет назад +1

Ahmen, whether it has a great effect or not is irrelevant. The claim made by Muslims is that thee is only one Quran. That Muslims all across the world recite the same thing. But here we have differences which you even confirm, meaning, there has never been this so-called one Quran.

In the hadith that Hatun's mantioned Sahih al-Bukhari hadith no 4987, I think the issue is problem of different canonization Qur'an. Because in the hadith Anas said "O chief of the Believers! Save this nation before they differ about the Book (Qur'an) as Jews and the Christians did before." but Hatun didn't tell that part. Jews and Christians have problem that canonized the book of Tanakh and New Testament. Today we have different Bible's. For example Protestants accepts Old Testament have 39 books, New Testament 27 books. However Catholics and Orthodox Christians agreed in New Testament but Old Testament they are more books accepts. If we look deeper the issiue we see in New Testament 1 john 5:7 removed some translations. In my Turkish Bible there is no 1 john 5:7. But in KJV version or Catholic version there is 1 john 5:7. Another example is Mattew 22:44 quotes Old Testament. But in the Old Testament Pslams 110:1 don't said my lord to said to my lord. My LORD said to my master. Why you didn't tell your Christian friends that issues? Wow, you guess what, your scholars also lied to us. Sorry for my bad English but I tried to explain the issue for my understanding. By the way I am not a Muslim.
