    Don’t do extreme diets just eat enough but of everything , the human body can handle the threshold of any and every “toxin” so well, so yes there’s some negatives of every food but there’s also positives namely energy proteins and fats, as long as you don’t over do anything and listen to your body should be okay

      The south Asian diet, though, takes the amount of carbs to the extreme. Whether it’s rice or roti, it’s too much, so this is quite good advice for people specifically from that region.

    sadly we can't even afford to buy an egg. my body feels so lethargic and weak , my body temperature is rising, feel like body is burning,no appetite ,feels like shit man 😢

    I been on this diet for a long time. The main way to gain strength is simply just upping the calories, mainly fat but some protein is also good.

    I follow similar diet for 5 years and also eat twice per day, and wake up ready to go, with the time you will lose energi, then you will realize you need to increase the fat as match as you can, and three organ meats per week. The way I eat the fat is diping all the meat in caw lard (lard is melted fat), by organ meats i mind: liber, testicles, kidneys and brains(kidneis and liver have similar nutrient profile). Sild and macrel once in a wile will help to lower iron (this diet can give you to match iron sometimes) and to keep you cooper levels up, iron and cooper are sinergic and antagonic, for absorbing iron you need cooper, and for absorbing cooper you need iron.

    What kind of carbs did you eat? There is a difference between simple and complex carbohydrates, such as wholegrain bread which doesn’t spike the blood-sugar which causes energy crashes
