  • This is my quick review of the Powerbass 3.5" S3502 Speakers. I use them in my 2016 Mazda 6 as Dashspeakers.
Now these are probably the best bang for the buck. I went through Kickers, Pioneers and Rockford Fosgates .. and even cheap brands like Pyramid - however these Powerbass rock - especially for $24.
They have great mid's, soft highs (silk tweeter) and surprisingly a bit of a kick.
    I got them here: amzn.to/29L6stx

It's almost a year now and these are still going strong. No issues at all so far.

@@FLYANDI I just bought some of the 4in for my Volvo in the dash. Glad to see yours have lasted so long and are taking abuse from a wide range of music.

Thanks this helps me get something that might fit my 1990 olds 98 front speakers. there is like no room on top for much of anything to stick up above the speaker itself.

Powerbass is underrated in terms of value. I had a set of 6.5's in my Escort in the 90's and just replaced all the speakers in my 2016 Acura which had the upgraded ELS system. The Powerbass sleakers sound clearer. The midbass exists (I also used dynamat).

My old 1975 Pontiac Catalina has stock 3.5" cut outs. It was a base model no 3.5" only a shot 4x10 I replaced with a Rockford Fosgate. Im looking to drop in a set of 3.5" I don't want no junk. Maybe Cerwin Vegas.

you need to listen songs with higher bass freq or equalize songs to 80-60hz bass with small coaxials. bigger like 6.5" ones can play about 50hz at lowest, 3.5" is porbs like 70-90hz lowest. i suggest you buying poweramp or if you have rooted android you can use dolby atmos and viber4android for free bass. both sound as good but i prefer poweramp because it has everywthing in one place and preset slots that you can adjust.

Do you happen to know if these are compatible replacement for dash speaker in a 2014 F-150?

I am new to these things so I don’t know what I should do
