How do you think these would compare to the factory bose system? I would get the 2ohm version but I have a blown door speaker and am debating throwing these in or looking for a factory Bose replacement.
I also have BOSE curious too. Mine sounds good - which speaker did you blow? I have one for the rear door that I thought was blown, but it was the connection at the door pillar that was faulty. Bought a new GM speaker online for 80.00.
@@helphq so the front door kit comes with the dash tweeters right? And than you get the 2nd part for the back doors. I am looking at thier website but it seems they have the same part number with but with a 2 - as if they are upgraded
Yep the front set comes with the tweeters. The 2 is for 2 ohm. If you have a stock non-Bose stereo you want the 4 ohm system which is the part number provided in the description of the video. I checked their website and the parts I listed are still available.

I've never heard the Bose system in these trucks and I don't want to give you bad advice. They are night and day better over the non-bose speakers.
Ok so just be sure
You had to order
2 separate part numbers
On the website?
Yeah there’s a kit for the front and the back. I put an aftermarket head unit in my truck, and they really came alive then.

@@helphq thanks much. I’m getting the same sets 🤘🏻
It's better than the bose. The bose speakers were very similar to OEM from what saw in comparison.
I ended up replacing my head unit as well and the speakers really came alive then! Very happy with them.
