The PPS 1.0 cup system was allowed to expire as their target audience is collision shops. 32 oz is a quart and the large full cups from the PPG 1.0 system had complaints that the paint tech was afraid the cup would come off. PPG upgraded to 2.0 system to include 3 locking tabs instead of 2. So, these are manufactured in the 1.0 PPG system style to offer them at Harbor Freight.
Note; cut an old cup with markings for popular mix ratios, insert this inside the cups. Trim these just at the bottom to get a real close measurement as the top is not important!
Nice video information and don't forget to seam seal all of the joints. You have to admit, there are hundreds of places that water can get into. Don't reply on a bed-liner product to seal the metal to metal spot weld areas on these sub frame vehicles. Tip: Seam sealer, Brushed or caulking gun, use wax & grease as a lube on gloved finger to push it into the joints. Works great!

Yup have gone through the usual lots of seam sealer. I ran out at the time and had to grab a case from my paint supplier. I prefer it in tubes. Unfortunately lots gets lost due to timing and just too much info to put in a video.

I see you don't have any fans/filters setup to catch airborne paint particles. How did you control the over spray from getting all over the shop? I guess the paint particles just fall to the floor.

I have a fan blowing out under the door and another in the door at the far end of the shop. I also have an aircleaner with a filter hanging from the ceiling over the car. Just a little primer dust on the floor and that was it. The air cleaer uses a prefilter and a 12x24x24 pocket filter.
