Yeah you're right Barry did a fantastic job on the Bronco with the bed liner painting with that never thought about putting on the underside floor pans good info for this thumbs up
Been watching Jo Daddy for a while now, love his work. I haven't watched his RV/NPD episode yet but glad you got to go with. Nice work on the undercoating/bedliner. I see so many channels that teach you how to do paint/body work but skip the undercoating process. TY.
Thanks. The NPD collection is impressive. I didn't find an opportunity to sneak out with the GNX though... Barry has all the patience that I have lost... I have a certain amount then I just run out... If the bedliner wasn't so expensive I have some shop stuff I'd like to use it on. It's nice stuff but oh does it stink allot for a very long time compared to paint. I'm not so much trying to teach but just show some of the stuff I do and add information that is often left out and I still leave allot out so...
You asked about the height of car carts . I built mine out of 1x1 square tube 1/16 wall . Corners are 2x2 angle iron. Casters came from harbor freight. The car sit,s 18 inch of the floor and that includes the casters. Hope that helps
I have yet to spray the insides of the wheel houses. I painted them and have undercoat but that bed liner looks good & tough. Rotisserie makes it look easy. Nice work, I hope you’re not suffering in the heat too much. Our spring was below average temps this year. Does your Stang have a name?
The undercoating is pretty hard stuff. The hardener is just urethane hardener so it's not as hard as paint but has a good tradeoff between hard and flexible. When I do the front wheel wells I'll probably do another coat on the rear ones as well. Our spring was long and cool but summer slammed us hard already. We have 2 days coming up under 100* then it's back to 102-104* and the humidity has been very high. The dew points were 80* and high 70s when it was 100*... So heat indexes of 115 some reading in the 140 range near me because the trees raise the humidity up even more. I'm working on attaching the 2x4s to the inside of the shop so I can add another layer of insulation. Basically a wood frame inside a metal frame building... I quit because I could only keep it to 86* and working right up against the ceiling is hot and the radiant heat soaking you is even worse up there. I don't have a name for the Mustang. I'm not into naming cars, that's for boats (which I would like to build one)
@@donsmanufactory A friend of mine bought one of the first 10 of the 26x boats when they first came out. It was interesting... I used to do lots and lots of sailing and if I never see another sailboat it'll be too soon. I learned real quick when messing with sail boats that motor boats were far cheaper in the long run. We had everything from 14' cats to older americas cup boats down at the coast to play with. It was fun but I don't want to do it again... I like big diesel engines and LM2500s running big props or jet drives on big steel ships now.
"Maybe the bedliner will fill in the holes in my shirt from welding." I like your attitude!
Thanks for the shout out! I believe this is the same company that makes Raptor. When I ordered the tint kit, this is what showed up. Great video.
looking good
Nice

Very nice job.
Thanks for sharing the process.
Just subscribed to your channel.
Take care, EM.
Awesome thanks. Today was a very successful day in the shop though no hints just yet...

I think I'm going with 20" wink wink. :)
