Thanks for making the vids you have made mate. I'm currently doing a blacktop to AE92 swap and it's super helpful to have access to the info you've provided.
@@Mannerpoops Thanks heaps :) next video I'm working on should be good getting it out on the track event and testing it against my friends Blacktop seeing the performance gains from the small things I have done.
Cheers Troy, I even surprised myself also with how it went. Wasn't until I seen my friends gopro footage against his stock blacktop I realised how much more it was pulling in comparison
hi bro, can the cylinder head be installed on a 4ac engine block? because both are the same A series engines with the same engine block, soo will it fit?
@@jai-liamcarter2280 hey sorry for the late reply. It was a Dremel branded kit I got with flexi extention bit, separately I purchased a kit with the abrasives and polishing attachments. Many different shops sell them www.mitre10.co.nz/shop/dremel-3000-2/30-rotary-tool-kit-130-watt/p/187397
Thanks. I haven't had it dyno'd, but the fun track days I have been too it has definitely pulled well against other cars of similar power. Very happy with how it performs
Have you ever done port and polish to this extent before or was this a first go? This is an awesome video I'm looking at building my own 7age and just wondering if porting and polishing would be okay to give a go for a first time
Hey, thanks for the comment. This was my first time, just done alot of research first and took my time. The main this is to be careful around where the valve seats are. I'm going to do the same thing on my 16v engine I'm planning to build also so will put a video up on that when it happens too. Definitely worth it and knowing it's flowing the best it can with minimal costs involved besides time and the tooling.
Alot if paying someone which why it's so expensive to get done. Some places do CNC porting also. I estimate I spent 50-60 hours doing this in my spare time, so times that by an hourly shop rate will give you some idea. I spent around $300nzd buying the equipment and abrasive wheels to do this.

Your welcome 👍 probably went a bit too in depth in somethings but its stuff you need to know when doing 😊 hope your swap is going well
@@4AGEEDGarage I think it was the perfect amount of content and really enjoyed your presentation.
Cheers mate, it's going well.. All the best.

I like how the exhaust valve sides look like little faces made my day 6:40

Cheers mate for the comment 👍 didn't really find anyone posting a video on this so though I'd show what I done.
Great work mate! Cheers!!!

Will a 20v or 16v head fit on a 2e block? if not, then which fuel injection type head will fit?
I have no idea sorry. You will need to Google search
Nice vid man 👌 has it picked up much hp with the head work?

Would those same arp cylinderhead bolts work for the 16v blue top 4age
I'm unsure, probably not. Just buy 16v ARP specific bolts
