People talking about how modern bodybuilders are bigger now should watch this. Of course they're bigger because of better nutrition and extreme drugs but they're also either losing all their gains or in and out of the hospital or dead by the time they're 50. Meanwhile, Arnold is still in good shape. Like a lot of older bodybuilders. Frank Zane etc. It was about show but also about fitness. These days it's just unhealthy and setting a bad example for people and the fitness industry.

Swapnil Gadhave When I first started Bodybuilding 40+ yrs ago I read "Education Of a Bodybuilder" by Arnold. I have NEVER stopped working out but have mellowed with time. No more weights or gyms, mostly Cardio and ton's of sit-ups and push ups every morning and you know what? I've been getting more complements on my upper body than ever before. Thanks Arnold! I am a TRULY EXTRAORDINARY MAN and so are you!! thanks!!

There will never ever be another person as great as Arnold , his name lives on forever , true King of both bodybuilding and action movies KING ARNOLD
He was cool in the 80's and early 90's but he didn't really make a real come back since then. He has been in nothing but forgettable crap garbage bin movies. So no his legacy isn't going to last forever, unless he is a born again Christian which we know he isn't. Once he dies only other time anyone will ever see him again is on the Judgement day where those of us who are born again Christians and none believers will be forever separated. I highly doubt he will decide to suddenly follow Jesus Christ and get eternal life where he would have a far more powerful body and live forever in joy. Sadly it's gonna end up more like his stupid end of days movie just without the good ending.

badass physique and proportion and symmentry. And charisma. Arnold laid claim to them all. He inspired me to start lifting over 45 years ago. I can still make guys 1/3 my age green with envy in the gym. Today's "bodybuilders" look like they are in their 2nd trimester and bulky. Its not all about bulk and weight. The only weights that count are the ones you lift using proper form and techniques. Most amazingly Arnold is still lifting and in pretty decent shape for his age.

He has the most perfect body of all time. When he is competing, the runner up is no way near to his standard. He make the judge has an easy time deciding who win or lose. From head to toes, every single strain of his muscle is so perfect. Simply flawless.

Don't quote me on this but behind the neck exercises (press and pulldowns)can be done safely as long as your elbows don't go below 180 degrees horizontal.

I'm a 72-year old powerlifter (clean, raw) and I didn't start lifting seriously until I was 61. It's amazing what you can do even if you've never tried it before. Do what you can!
