Hi Hugh, have you ditched using a gimbal completely for rover shots? If so, what is your solution for maintaining true north orientation of the camera when performing turns?
Thank you for another great video. Your stuff is inspirational. I love VR video and can’t wait to get started putting this stuff to use. I want to see the VR video industry grow.
Lol. Not intentional - home-made rover does have a drawback. Oh wow, you grow fast in your subs! I have gone for only 2 months... and congratz hitting 12K!! So happy for you!
How about the warp on the girl when she is running in your footage can that be corrected in the post edit? I'm learning from every video you create thank you Hugh.
So there is a choice - using FlowState or Mistika VR. That warp needs to be fixed in Mistika not Insta360Stitcher. So the final project, I actually choose Mistika and stabilize it in Mocha Pro - but you can also just pick the wrap frame and do just that part in Mistika - both works. I know it is more complicated that it sound - but tutorials are coming.
Great video as always. BTW, regarding bad Asian drivers all you have to do is remember they drive on the left hand side in Japan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.
Just returned the Insta 360 pro 2, I will save you the headache, what a terrible experience this camera has been, nightmare of a work flow! My $500 Rylo shooting in 5.7k kicked it in the ass, Wi-Fi might as well not be included, always drops! And resolution, even with farsight system the resolution was trash! Spent 3 days trying out this camera only to return it with great disappointment! Paid $5600 for a product that’s all hype and doesn’t deliver, got it for live streaming events and did not pass the real life test! So don’t toot your horns guys!
Hello
What kind of remote car you are using? Any recommendations for the accessories to use it in the remote car?
Also to use it with drone?
I will suggest Motion Impossible.
Great comparison Hugh, thanks!
I love watching these! The comparisons really help.
Hello Huge.
I'm thinking of making a rover, but I don't have much information for my own work. Can you give me some information?
What kinda of info you need? Making a rover mean you build it from ground up?
Hi...what is the business chance of investing in insta 360 pro2 brother
What do you mean business chances?
Great job Hugh, looking forward to seeing the finished product.

POST. Lol. I have a tutorial on multiple options - but for practices on set, gyro is more reliable as it build like a tank.
Super awesome Hugh! Doing a buggy too. Will be sending you some screens once it is done. Thank you!
Please do!!
Really feeling your passion...keep up the great work. You are making me contemplate purchasing a 360 rig
Which rig did you purchase? Make sure to try to build rig to save cost as well. 360 equipment can get really expensive really fast as well.
