- Here's a great recording of Jaco Pastorius, Bireli Lagrene(guitar) and Serge Bringolf(drums) performing Henry Mancini's "The Days Of Wine And Roses" at the Pistoia auditorium in Pistoia, Italy on December the 8th in 1986. Jaco leaves most of the spotlight to Bireli but takes a short and concise solo towards the end.

Yes, I often think about what he could have accomplished if he hadn't had the deadly altercation with that piece of shit bouncer and accepted proper help for his mental health issues/substance abuse.
