to reuse lashes i just kinda pick off the glue with some tweezers and use some micellar water on a q-tip on the band! for my eyes/everything i just use the clinique take the day off cleansing balm. i do have a tutorial for my brows btw, check my base make up tutorial!
It does not look like you have hooded lids. I have no lid above the lashes because now that I'm 65 there is sag and swelling. I'm sorry your video did not help me
