I am loving this pattern! I had a bunch of Caron Chunky Cakes #5 Bulky Weight that I wanted to make a throw with in Tunisian crochet. The only difference is I did 5 rows Seed stitch bottom border for curl prevention. Then on both sides a 4 seed stitch border. At top border I will do 5 rows Seed stitch 😊

Thank you for the tutorial ❤ really like this stitch. How do you keep your piece from ‘leaning’ to the right? My 10x10 test ‘square’ keeps becoming tilted 🫣

Hi- Lovely design and helpful tutorial. I bought the pattern for this throw and am swatching now and hope it’s ok to post my question here as I didn’t see a contact form on your website and you’re not on Ravelry. In general, would I need to do any purl stitches on a larger hook than the rib stitch? Right now my gauge is very different for those stitches and I’m wondering if it’s typical to need to use different hook sizes for the various Tunisian stitches. I’m an experienced knitter but relatively new to crochet so I need a little bit of guidance! Thanks!

Thank you! It's pretty common to use different hook sizes for different Tunisian stitches. And of course, it all depends on your tension. Purl stitches can tend to be really tight for some, so I would definitely experiment with a different hook size. Hope that helps a little bit! :)

@@ICanCrochetThatThanks! I practiced a couple ways of making the purl stitches and found a technique that evened out my tension. I'm now a number of rows into the ribbing rows and it's beautiful (and I'm ignoring the two tiny errors I found in the purl stitches, lol!). I'm mostly a knitter so it's sort of thrilling to see how fast this moves along! Thanks again for the tutorial and your kind and quick response.

Hi there. I love the look of this blanket. I am wondering what size of hook you used and how much yarn you used for this blanket? Thank you in advance for your response
