@@a.u.m.8185 hi, sorry but I’d like to ask a question, can you be a system without having DID? I feel like I may be and I’ve done a lot of research but I’d like to hear from someone who has DID which from your comments I believe you do. I’m not self diagnosing and I would never do that but I’d like to know if it’s a possibility or am I just strange, thanks 😁
@@kaiisstupid4573 We know a few system buddies that are undiagnosed and are a system. D.I.D. systems are pretty much from a result of various childhood/adult trauma that we experienced in our life. It is a coping mechanism, that the others are in my head. I'm not sure if that really helped but that's how people get D.I.D and form systems.
@@a.u.m.8185 thank you! That was helpful :)
the absolute best part about this movie, I didn't know what it really was till the music at the end when he's looking into the mirror. so the twist wasn't in the plot. the twist was the fact I didn't realize what I was watching. genius.
This guy is so good .. I mean the actor❤
She tries to vibe😭😭 I love this guy
Maybe put the title in it next time, I'm gonna watch this soon soooo, uh be back then! (:
Thank you
Love the narration and voice
That's the evil inside that you must imprison.
wonder how this man and crazy jane interacts
I imagine Hammerhead finds out that he kidnaps girls and beats the shit out of him lol
Must be tough for Kevin to have 23 personalities while having another one which is literally a crazy cannibal called The Beast in this recap.
welp, it's 9 o'clock time to turn into the beast
Damn, Marcus from Detroit: Become Human has changed so much
That’s not Jesse Williams
@@MiniBoki18 they were joking 💀
I did not understand a single thing exept that he kiddnaped 3 girls
Sometimes, a twist ending adds an infinite amount of excitement (Split). Other times it can ruin an entire series (Glass).
how does a personality make you invincible? maybe I am thinking too hard but he straight tanked the bullet ☠
you respec skill points, the 24th guy invested most of them in toughness
@@ilant most logical explanation imo
I think in this universe, if you really believe something (like being invincible) then it becomes true lol. They kind of said something similar when the psychiatrist said someone had 3 personalities and she was blind and then 2/3 of them gained sight
Because it's Shyamalan's interpretation of a universe where superpowers exist.
My sister has DID and it’s scary sometimes, but this is the most cool video abt DID I’ve seen
This is not like DID. Please do some research. Some alters are bad but this movie is nothing like it and is dangerous to be thought that way. I have DID btw.
*is not accurate
You talk about the video or the movie? If ITs the vidéo then yes very good . I have DID too dont be scare its difficult for her too. 💚 With love and understanding
@@mirajoe1829 yeah, ik it must be hard. Lmao one of her personas is really funny though so he lightens everyone’s moods when we are talking about something melancholy
@@dreamcatcher1422 I- wha- dude ik abt DID I’ve done my research on it- why u getting so heated- ik this is nothing like
hers but one of her personas is kinda violent (not bad like this) so that’s why I said it was scary
Please this is just a heads up though i’m not criticizing anyone for enjoying this movie, Split is a highly misleading and offensive fictional representation of DID (Dissociative identity disorder). Many systems/individuals with DID have been negatively affected by the completely false information brought to pop culture of the disorder. Make sure to do your research, people with DID ARE NOT dangerous nor are just “personalities”- they are all individuals with their own ages, thoughts, and genders.
The movies are based on comics. He’s a supernatural beast that copies the personalities of the people it eats. It’s was diagnosed as DID because a human doctor was studying him.
No shiit sherlock
Wow I thought that people with DID actually got superpowers 😱😱
Alters are _not_ individuals. They are a collection of personalities being expressed by an individual.
ya nice voice and i really like it you should get more views and subs and likes
