In Bengaluru, Almost all the builders asking 2-3 Lakhs for parking. If we'll argue on this, they will say don't buy property.
In a redevelopment project, the builder has shown CANTILEVER PARKING In the building courtyard / open space area. The open space provided is 3 meters from the compound wall... The plan has been approved from MHADA with NO COMMENT, However CFO has also approved the plan with remark stating NO STURCTURE OF ANYKIND IS PERMITED IN THE COURTYARD OF THE BUILDING FROM ALL SIDES & IT SHOULD BE FREE FROM ANY OBSTRUCTIONS AT ALL TIME... Please advice as the builder is allotting / selling these parking along with STILT PARKING to potential flat buyer.... A
Can Developer allot parking space to new purchaser of residential flat in Redeveloped Society Building premise? Or it is the right of M C. Of Society to allot the parking place?
Should we mention the space are details in the Sale deed for Car parking when doing the registration..!

Stilt Parking Ka Area Floor Plan mai Hai Aur Vo floor Plan ke numbers Allotment Letter Mai Likhe Huve hai,To Ye aisa Allotment Letter Valid Hai Ki nahi ?
Builder ne aapko wo letter diya hai, jisme parking allot kiya hai aur parking number bhi dala hai, to wo valid hai.
Mam floor plan pe parking number hai, vo parking ka allotment letter with floor plan diya hai, par is parking ka agreement mai mention nahi hai, to vo legal hai kya mam ? Mam plz advice you opinion.

Build has constructed a room in stilt parking..where I can go for complain in Delhi.
You may do it complaint in the Municipal corporation office if this was not as per approved plan.

Aage jakar problem hoga kyoki sirf allotment letter ek proof nahi ho sakta. Society hone k baad Managing Committee decide karti hu parking allotment. Tabhi without proof aapko issues ayenge.

We have builder floor in delhi, builder has constructed one room and toilet with kitchen in the ground floor area, is this residential area in ground floor parking where roof height is around 6-7 feet it this legally allowed

Mam. My agreement with developer mentions everything regarding the purchase of stilth parking except the number in the sale agreement and says it will be given once the lucky draw is done. But the area of stilth garage and location is clearly mentioned. Do I have to face any in problem in future.
Yes. Because numbers should be mentioned otherwise once society has established,they will not accept.

I have bought a resale flat in thane with stilt parking. Previous owner handed over me the copy of stilt parking alloted to him as the previous owner paid him some charges while buying. Can you please confirm if society has any right on this parking.
Society doesn't have any rights to this parking lot. You may submit the allotted letter copy that was sold with stilt parking.
If purchase or sale of stilt parking is illegal then how come the society will have no rights on this parking space?
