One of our society members has recently shifted to his son's flat which is located at a distance of two kms. In a society's general body meeting held on Sunday, the 20th Oct,2024 outgoing committee members have strongly objected to his candidature for Chairmanship position on the plea that anyone who has let out his flat and shifted to other location is not eligible for contesting any committee's official position. Otherwise, he is regular in payment of monthly maintenance charges, of good past track records and no criminal proceedings are initiated and/or pending in any court or police station against him. Thus, society has missed one technically qualified individual from assisting the fellow colleagues for redeveloping the society building. Seeking your view points/ consultation on the issue. I fondly await your reply.

सर, एक 6 फ्लॅट की ग्राउंड + 2 मजली इमारत है। इस इमारत में रहने वाले एक परिवार ने इमारत में रहने वाले ओनर्सको बिना जानकारी दिये इमारत का पुराना नाम बदल कर नये नामसे सोसायटी रजिस्टर्ड की है, जीसमे कमिटी पर उनके ही परिवार को नियुक्त किया है। इसलीये यह परिवारने 6 फ्लॅट के जगह 10 से 12 फ्लॅट हौसिंग सोसायटी में दिखाकर सोसायटी रजिस्टर्ड की गयी है। यह परिवार ने एक फ्लॅट में 10 हिस्से शेअर दिखाकर रजीस्ट्रेसशन कराके डीम कन्व्हेंस भी करा लिया है। अभि हमे क्या करना चाहीये , कृपया रिप्लाय दिजीएगा।

सर हमारे फ्लैट में ६ दुकान है। मेईन गेट के बहार है। हमने कमिटी मेम्बर में शोपिंग मालिक को भी सामिल किया है । क्या वो लोग पार्किंग की या खाली जगह पर शोपिंग का सामान रख सकते है?

एक 6 फ्लॅट की ग्राउंड + 2 मजली इमारत है।
इस इमारत में रहने वाले एक परिवार ने इमारत में रहने वाले ओनर्सको बिना जानकारी दिये इमारत का पुराना नाम बदल कर नये नामसे सोसायटी रजिस्टर्ड की है, जीसमे कमिटी पर उनके ही परिवार को नियुक्त किया है। इसलीये यह परिवारने 6 फ्लॅट के जगह 10 से 12 फ्लॅट हौसिंग सोसायटी में दिखाकर सोसायटी रजिस्टर्ड की गयी है।
यह परिवार ने एक फ्लॅट में 10 हिस्से शेअर दिखाकर रजीस्ट्रेसशन कराके डीम कन्व्हेंस भी करा लिया है।
