    As per new society law 51% votes are enough to proceed the redevelopment, hence our society after initial acceptance to go ahead with redevelopment they are not involving people who is asking clarity on terms and conditions with builder and trying to secretly do the agreement.

    No builder gives more than 25% to 30% even though law says 35% on built up area and 15% additional for the building older than 30 years. BMC government courts do not entertain any applications and are already pro builders. Unless government stops giving the permission for redevelopments where free area given to existing members is 50%.

    Single window clearances should be given for self redevelopment of housing societies within the stiplulated time. This will end corruption and delays.

    Our Puja Heights , Kandivali (West) Case Is Being Handled By Mr Parthasarthy And Mr Ramesh Prabhu.
    Sorry to say but nothing is being done in clients favour.
    Its been 09 mths now but we have just recd one hearing and one date , thats all.

      Sorry to say that but for things to happen in a positive manner, the members of the association have to be united amongst themselves. Moreover your case is a RERA case and is not related to redevelopment. I generally do not reply to such messages. But as you have posted in a public forum, I had to give the clarity. This is with due respect to Mr. Ramesh Prabhu as I have not taken permission from him to post this reply.

    Kiya kisi sarkar ko nahi dikhta hai
    Jab tak sab log dead nahi ho jaate tab tak koi relief nahi hai koi naya rules nahi hai

    Is video me jo kaha gaya hai uske hisab se redevelopment ka kaam karana chahiye. Ye video tumhari building ki Managing Committee to batana chahiye.
