I have a suggestion that one affidavit should be given in courts before getting married which should include current salary, education qualifications, amount of money spent on marriage, any existing disease and finally amount of money that will be given to the girl incase marriage end up in divorce. Should be signed by both the party before getting married in front of judge

I’m 25 and watched the whole video at one sitting. Truly speaking very well words. Seeing the condition of today’s world i had already decided not to marry ever, but this video strengthened that vow. Two things I wish that should be brought upon : 1. Men vs Women should be stopped. Even if one gender is better than another, there should be nothing to fight. Both have specific responsibilities in life and it’s only when those two energies come together, the world can be a happy place. 2. Laws should be changed from being heavily biased towards women in this country to gender neutral laws. If one does something wrong, appropriate punishments should be granted to them irrespective of the genders 3. Some kind of legal proceeding should be brought so as to verify the claims of the cases. It should not be like anybody can file any kind of cases against a person. I know this thought of mine is a but irrational but introducing some type of filter to check for fake cases should be brought upon. Lastly, as Guruji said Prenup should be introduced in this country. I think that is one of the most gender neutral devices of law out there. Also a significant amount of relationships could be stopped from being destroyed in the future with this. I don’t know the exact questions that will be asked but psychologically, even if the couple is having some mismatch in the answers, it would give them some time to think about their compatibility and how it could affect them in the future. Everything might be going very good before marriage but those questions are just to filter out probabilities. If the compatibility stays intact, unshaken even after the prenup questions then marry surely, else don’t. We don’t want Atul’s demise to go unnoticed and in vain. Thanks, Aniket

Good you fought, but from which state you fought matters. Here in jaunpur he knew he wasn't getting anywhere near to it. Not that he wasn't good at it. I am a women, but I would want justice for this guy. Alimony should be banned for working, educated young women. They can always earn. He had to sell the house, he lives in Iskcon now. At least he does not have to feed evil people.

I’m 25 and watched the whole video at one sitting. Truly speaking very well words. Seeing the condition of today’s world i had already decided not to marry ever, but this video strengthened that vow. Two things I wish that should be brought upon : 1. Men vs Women should be stopped. Even if one gender is better than another, there should be nothing to fight. Both have specific responsibilities in life and it’s only when those two energies come together, the world can be a happy place.
2. Laws should be changed from being heavily biased towards women in this country to gender neutral laws. If one does something wrong, appropriate punishments should be granted to them irrespective of the genders
3. Some kind of legal proceeding should be brought so as to verify the claims of the cases. It should not be like anybody can file any kind of cases against a person. I know this thought of mine is a but irrational but introducing some type of filter to check for fake cases should be brought upon.
Lastly, as Guruji said Prenup should be introduced in this country. I think that is one of the most gender neutral devices of law out there. Also a significant amount of relationships could be stopped from being destroyed in the future with this. I don’t know the exact questions that will be asked but psychologically, even if the couple is having some mismatch in the answers, it would give them some time to think about their compatibility and how it could affect them in the future. Everything might be going very good before marriage but those questions are just to filter out probabilities. If the compatibility stays intact, unshaken even after the prenup questions then marry surely, else don’t. We don’t want Atul’s demise to go unnoticed and in vain.

There is should be severe punishment for perjury and misrepresentation. Severe punishment for false cases. And without any evidence there should be no investigation at all. In today's feminized legal system, a woman can set into motion a criminal trial upon any man she wants to and destroy his life. No evidence is required. It is a dark era for men all over the world. Atrocities against women were prevalent but never lawful.
But, men are today worst victim of the present law and system.
I am still hopeful towards marriage and family for its positive effect on mental health and longevity, however such incidences have made me philospical. Now Osho's opinion against marriage and its explanation makes more sense to me.

Good you fought, but from which state you fought matters. Here in jaunpur he knew he wasn't getting anywhere near to it. Not that he wasn't good at it. Alimony should be banned for working, educated young women. They can always earn. Middle-aged , zero experience women who have spent their life for the family and have been treated badly alone need to be given Alimony. Even then women with self esteem will never ask Alimony.
@ alimony anyway is given in very few cases. Commonly speaking what is granted is maintenance. And 75 per cent of cases even that maintenance of a few thousand Rupees is not paid. Most husbands claim to be unemployed in court when it comes to giving maintenance.

My family has personally seen a case of a very genuine honest and innocent person who was working hard by driving auto rickshaw, got a good place at mumbai suburbs on loan. His wife filed several cases, rape of their own daughter. He was devastated when he narrated these things. The wife also presented a 6 month old child on court, maybe she wanted alimony. He had to sell the house, he lives in Iskcon now. At least he does not have to feed evil people.

Marry a true career woman. I am very lucky to have a loving wife who is supporting me as i am taking a career break and trying to follow my passion. completely agree with you guruji. Man's next evolution should be the rise of the remote work man, finding work and opportunities anywhere, anytime. The old frameworks are slowly becoming non useful. Indian man should reorient his skills and learning to achieve such freedom, disregarding the 'stable,safe,settled' life he had been promised.
