what should it be called?
I did not find this very engaging or impactful. I don't know whether it's because he fails to do the things he's suggesting, or because what he's suggesting doesn't work.
Two ways of improving it might be to cut it down to five minutes, with two main points, and DO those two things really well while talking about why and how to do them.
Quite basic content to be honest and poor delivery. So much that this is the only negative feedback I've left on any ted and I've lost count how many I've watched. Sorry

This vid is about making an impact... Why wear the tight pants ? It's impossible to like this vid or even take this seriously..
