- So often my clients get completely lost in how they feel when anxious. While this is completely understandable, if we continue to trust our feelings in the anxiety state, it will hamper recovery.
In this video, I describe why it is important, with knowledge and understanding, to do the opposite of what we are often taught, and NOT trust your feelings when anxious.
