I got some LED headlights for my truck, but I kept the halogen low beams and did the mod that keeps the lows on with the highs and its at minimum twice the distance I can see now with the high beams
Just been busy, working two jobs lately so haven’t had time to create much content lately. Had some unexpected expenses come up so will need to grind it out for a few more months, and then will hopefully have more free time to get back to LS related stuff. Good to hear from you again though.
The problem with most of these led bulbs is not the brightness its that they don't work properly in halogen housings. So you essentially have brighter lights but now you have become of those drivers who blind everyone cause of how they "fill" the housing instead of projecting the light. Had a set similar to these in a truck and removed them cause I got tired of being flashed.
Interesting. I’ll have to do an update after doing a few night time drives. They’re definitely bright but I didn’t consider that they could blind other drivers.
Your cutoff looks pretty tight there without bleed into areas that would blind other drivers. So long as you have decent projectors I have used the Auxito LEDs without any issues, but I always had good focused lenses like it seems you do here. Daughter got new (to her) car recently and she instantly said "the headlights are really dim" because she was used to the upgraded units on her old her. Update on your experience when you can. @@LowbuckLS

Are you still deleting vats and rear 02? I have 2 pcm's I need done. If so let me know how to get them to you and what you charge
I've been debating on getting LED headlights but I think I'm going to go ahead and get some. Nice to see you, been wondering if you quit YT.

kept the halogen low beams and just did led high beams. Best of both worlds
