I find interesting that you said that one of Cersei's faults was that she had thrown Bran out of the window whereas Jaime was cocky and whatever. If you watch the scene again, you'll see that Jaime was the one who did it and she didn't even ask him to do it. Not saying the idea didn't cross her mind, but you know, if I had to blame someone, it would be him, not her.
I think Ned should've done more for Lady when Cersei wanted her dead. Sansa was a 13-year-old girl up against the royal family, and couldn't have predicted that pleading ignorance out of intimidation would've resulted in Lady's death. Ned was an adult man, and friends with the king. He should've insisted he be allowed to have some Starks escort Lady north of the wall to be released, or back to Winterfell to be bred with their hounds. Imagine dire war dogs and hunting dogs. The dire wolf is the Stark sigil, after all. They should be protected as a species. Ned had pull and could've used his job as leverage to protect Lady. As a last resort, he could've done like Cersei suggested and freed the wolf the way Arya freed hers. I don't think I could forgive my father for personally killing my dog, even if he was ordered to do it and my foolishness exacerbated the problem.
I see where you're coming from and in our reality and modern setting that would have been the right thing to do. However, Ned wanted to end all the pups' lives when they first found them so I doubt conserving them as a species was a priority of his (and he said they don't belong south of the Wall). One of them allegedly attacking the heir to the throne left him no choice... if the prince had died Ned himself, his daughters and his men could have been executed for it. So in this situation, putting down the wolves was the "right" thing to do from his perspective. Things are at play like the honor of his house demanding that he shows respect for the crown and the safety of the heir. At least that's how I interpret those events. 😊
RUclipsr: "Man, ugghhh, it's hard to get on anyone's side in this episode🙄🙄 Me hysterically laughing😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣 "Yeah man, it is!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣, it is really hard to get on them sides🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂oh god it's too funny cuz he doesn't kno lmfaoooo
Him: worries about the dire wolves more than the people dying Also him in the next 3 sequences: "Cute little puppies" "So many people r dying in this episode" "Oh nooo, the poor wolves" All people shud b mor like this^^> Team animals versus team humans. Screw humans, they kno right from wrong, animals only know instinct and wat WE AS FUCKING HUMANS teach them;) And honestly, side opinion, GOT is jus a lot of miscommunications, lying assholes, and bad communication skills between ALL the characters overall. Then again, so is a majority of relationships and the world tbh😳😳😕😕
In my opinion, Joffrey had an easy death compared to the first guy who died by a whitewalker in the very beginning of the series in the first few scenes all in all:/, sadly🙄🙄🙄
Sorry. The copyright holders will not let it through without the scenes from the show being broken up. Episode 1 took multiple edits because of it. Just the nature of the biz.
@@watchthiswithjoeandkevin6 this wasn't the first reaction video I've ever (tried to) watch. I spend an embarrassing amount of time watching reaction videos, not the least of which are Game of Thrones videos.
"I don't support child abuse but..." Yeah, for Joffrey we make an exception 😂😂😂
Kid's a demon.

That's a good point, it really was all Jaime. She didn't really tell him to do it.
He IS that kid from Batman!

I fall under the category of person who REALLY hates violence against children and animals, even in television, so that was upsetting to me.
A podcaster i listen to once said "game of thrones is a story about how sometimes killing children is the right thing to do"
You're in for quite a ride. I don't want to spoil anything so that's all I'm going to say.
So far, this show is a blast!
Im rereading GoT atm and just read this scene... It makes you hate them all, even Ned for not refusing the king and returning home immediately.
A ensemble story where you continually have your loyalties tested? I'm in!
Your feelings may change on some characters as the show progresses. I know mine did.
The best shows we watch have character arcs that change our feelings toward the characters (Mad Men is a great example), so I look forward to it!
i can't stand animal cruelty; even "fake" shown in movies. It's a really strong way to show who we should hate.
Me, too. It was genuinely upsetting.
Mainly horses in battle dont worry;) nothing out of the ordinary from wat I remember, besides the Big D word;)
You seem like a nice guy, but you're gonna end up like the butcher's boy if you try to smack Joffrey.
Fair. Maybe he'll contract a serious disease and slowly waste away. A boy can dream.

Feels like this show is going to be an absolute roller coaster.

You can join the Lannister hate wagon, everyone’s in it!
Not all the time and not all Lannisters though. 😉
They are really hard to like right now, to put it nicely.

OMG this editing!
Flipping back and forth for every chuckle makes this completely unwatchable.
