I will show you how to remove the door , remove the wheel / roller , install the new wheel / roller and then install the sliding glass patio door back again. Nice video... If I may add, some older style doors have in interior upper closure of sorts that needs to be removed to allow the top of the door to tip out (as opposed the bottom). You would figure this out right away, if your door does not lift high enough into the upper channel to allow the door to tip out from the bottom. 6 or so screws removes the part.

_Tip:_ If you do buy a new wheel, make sure to measure the old wheel with calipers to get the correct size, especially the axle as it can protrude preventing it from being installed.
