My new goals for the new year is dance everyday. I went on a search for videos that would help. I LOVE your videos! I love that you breakdown all the moves, offer moves for people who can't jump or lunge. I love all the breaks in between I love the music! I love that this is about fun. I feel like im in my living room just dancing with my best friend. I wish I found you sooner!
I would like to make a formal request for “water is my favorite drug of them all” merch 😂 this theme was such a banger. When that LMFAO hit I was instantly transported back to my college days 💀

So good Em! My recommendations for future themes.... 1. Metal/more emo ones for angry workouts haha, maybe like a My Chemical Romance workout or some classic metal bands/songs like Metallica 2. Cheesy AF workout - maybe like B*Witched v. Steps (idk if they're known beyond the UK?.. no idea) or just some classic cheesy songs, more Aqua, B*Witched C'est La Vie... 3. Speaking of B*Witched, this is totally random, but Irish music is so much fun and could make for great dances? Tell Me Ma, I Used to Love Her, Kiss Me I'm Sh*tfaced... or if not Irish, another country workout would be amazing! 4. Some kind of moving on/break up/self confidence/f**k you workout because yeah I got screwed over so I think I'd enjoy that lol Thanks Em you're the best x
