Since it’s using the same track style as Intimidator, Hyperion, and Skyrush, it is deemed to be an intense and exhilarating coaster that tops all others in the industry. High expectations all around!
Just went to Hershey 2 weeks ago, Candymonium is hands down the best hyper coaster I’ve ridden, it’s legit an airtime filled speed way over awesome. The trims don’t ruin it which is surprising and it’s layout Dosent have a goofy turn around that kills momentum But a wonderful hammerhead turn they really killed it with this coaster. Front and back and middle seats all kick ass, it’s just a sick coaster
Personally, I'm team candemonium. I prefer floater to ejector, and Skyrush really doesn't seem like my type of ride, but rides like Apollo's Chariot or Mako are in my top 10.
Honestly people going after each other over COVID stuff is so dumb to me. Just mind your own business man, that kinda stuff doesn’t help fix COVID or make the world a better place
Taylor: Paul and I have some hot takes Paul: I actually enjoy this ride probably more than Twi- AirTime Thrills: Hold on, let me stop you right there. *3 Minutes Later* Taylor: It was a 56 44 split in favor of Sky- AirTime Thrills: Oh, you're killing me, Taylor
Lowkey, I am not a fan of Lightning Racer. It just doesn't feel like it does a whole lot and it definitely feels like it has a pacing issue. On the Twisted Colossus vs. Lightning Racer thing, I'd have to say I like Twisted Colossus more. I'd rather ride a stellar ride that is great even when it doesn't duel rather than a ride that is dependent on whether or not it duels.
Elias Mertens I saw your comment before they talked about it in the video. I was very confused. 🤣. Gotta say, I love reading everyone’s thoughts on different coasters.
My friend and I went to Hershey on July 29, it was amazing! The new entrance was awsome along with candymonium. We didn’t go on skyrush because we thought it would be too much to go on both candymonium and skyrush. I’ll be sure to go on it the next time I go though!
Awesome video Taylor! Hershey Park looks like a lot of fun. I wouldn't mind going out there and checking it out, someday. After COVID. Candymonium looks like a lot of fun too.
I definitely agree. Candymonium doesn't do anything crazy enough to beat any B&M giga. I think that Candymonium would be a much better ride without those trim brakes on the airtime hills. They have Skyrush as well though so no real complaints.
As of right now, Mako is my favorite B&M hyper, but Candymonium has the best themed station and has a pretty unique layout. I cannot wait to ride this when I go back to Hersheypark!
Totally agree that Lightning Racer and Fahrenheit are highly underrated. Lightning Racer may not have the best GCI airtime, but the racing/dueling/flybys/crossovers with the other train make it one of the most fun coasters I have ever ridden.
I think this is a great addition for the park, Skyrush is a little to intense for some people so a B&M Hyper is perfect, not as intense and is focused on flounder airtime. I love all the elements on this ride and that hand chopper bear miss on the outerbank turn and the support looks awesome.
people hate on twisted collossus way too much. i get that it doesn’t do what it was designed to do, but if you can overlook that it’s an amazing ride, great airtime throughout, creative elements, smooth, a long ride time, and the inversions add on nicely to the rest of the ride. I think that instead of being upset that it doesn’t duel people should see the dueling as a bonus now, because i doubt six flags is gonna invest in fixing the ride so that it duels
Feeling a family road trip coming on after seeing the improvements, new coaster and haven't been there since the mid 80s. Man that drink you shared made my teeth sore! Lol.
I used to be a lifeguard at their waterpark back in high school. Definitely miss being there all the time with the homies. Cool to see it grow into such a well respected park💪🏼 too many memories.
My good friends son works there at Hershey park! She posted pictures of her son and their family there just a couple of days ago on his day off, enjoying their day at Hershey Park. That’s one amusement park I want to go to so much! Even one of my cousin’s lives near Hershey, PA. So good two reasons to visit them..wearing our masks of course, but my cousin said to wait when the weather gets cooler to visit. I forgot to ask if Hershey Park is open all year long lol..I’m sure there’s a lot more to see in Hershey, PA. 😁💖
Going to Hersheypark tomorrow, and I'm actually really looking forward to Lightning Racer a lot. I love dueling woodies. Skyrush unfortunately seems to be closed for the season; minor bummer; but there are plenty of others I'm looking forward to.
It's a great park, but without Storm Runner you aren't getting the full experience of it. I love it there, but I feel like Storm Runner is one of the big rides no one wants to miss out. It's closed for good reason, but Storm Runner is amazing in my opinion.
On my way home from hershey ... Hands down best ride there the drop is to die for .... Back and front and middle are amazing... Comfy seats a good shaded waiting line .. Quick lines bc of 3 coasters . 10 / 10. Cant wait to go there again and ride it on repeat lmao
Compared to other B&M hypers, the 2 trims are barely noticeable. Really a good ride. Lightning Racer is fantastic. So perfectly designed that you NEVER know which side will win. Skyrush is my all time #1 and Hersheypark, due to its atmosphere and overall great collection of coasters is my #1 park.
Hey, nice video. Also would you say Candymonium is better that Mako or Shambala? Hershey has one of the best collection of coasters ever, with 3 awesome Intimins and if they RMC or GCI redid Wildcat it would have one of the best collections in the world Hershey is definitely one of the best in the world.
Its funny how your friend said Lightning racer duels every time is just funny because on opening day I only got one ride on it dueling then they took off the lightning side, maybe because of absolutely no lines.
I definitely agree with the covid procedures. I've gotten over 40 rides in on some weekdays which include 3 marathons of 8 rides on Skyrush in one day ... LOVE HP!
I'm glad you enjoyed Hersheypark Taylor. I was there about three weeks ago and rode Candymonium. Pretty much what you said about it is what I said about it. There was only one time I rode Lightning Racer when I didn't duel and that was when they were short on staff. You're not missing much. Basically is glorified Wildcat. What you said about each and every ride at my former home park is what I've been saying. Hersheypark is currently ranked by number 3 Park I've been to so far, succeeded by Kings Island at number 2 and Cedar Point at number one. Yes I am Cedar Point fanboy don't rub it in.
I rode this a couple weeks ago i it was my first bnm hyper and I also rode everything. And after we went to Knoebels and I rode Phoenix and twister and I loved every second of it and we ended getting home by 11ish but it was awesome apart from wildcat
Guys, Hershey is my home park, and I really want to go, but my Mom doesn’t feel 100 percent safe due to the virus. Since you guys just went, are there any safety protocols and rules that insure safety throughout the park that you can inform me about, so I can try to convince her?
I rode this monster with my daughter, 8/4/22. It felt as if I were on a jet fighter. Way too intense for me! Was very happy to arrive at the station. You know? PWG
With such an amazing assortment of thrill coasters is strange that Hersheypark doesn't get as much recognition, as would say perhaps compared to Knott's Berry Farm.
Andre Wallace I agree. I’ve been to both parks several times and I’ve always thought Hersheypark was a better overall experience and far better maintained.
Can’t wait to see a review video for Candymonium. From what I’ve already heard, it’s been getting positive reception. It even got compared to the likes of Mako.
Farenheight made me dizzy but it was intense I particularly didnt like skyrush it threw me around and had a ton of ejector but the restraints ruined it for me. Candymonium I only got back row rides but when I go back I will get some front row too.
Okay I’m 10 years old. I’m very tall as well. I rode this a couple days ago. I’m terrified of big coasters this ride made me not scared of coasters surprisingly
I was there a couple of days ago and the lift didn’t slow down like in this POV. Just kinda odd that this happened to you. By the way, since it’s at the very front of the park, in the middle of the day it has legit NO wait
The kisses fountain looks even better from the helix
I agree! Well maybe not
Who else cant wait for the universal studio velcicoaster
ME!
B K i want to ride it so bad because its top thrill but it does more than just go up then down to
ME I can’t wait!
Since it’s using the same track style as Intimidator, Hyperion, and Skyrush, it is deemed to be an intense and exhilarating coaster that tops all others in the industry. High expectations all around!
Yh
Looks like a ton of fun! Great seeing Matt Maz in a video! I used to work Kingda Ka with him in 2015. Great dude!
Awesome! Yeah he's an awesome guy!
Couldn’t Agree more !

I got to ride it yesterday and it’s butter smooth and the drop doesn’t make you feel like you’re gonna fall out of your seat like SkyRush
Its severely underrated
I love how well modern B&Ms are presented, Orion one Candymonium both look amazing!
Coaster Bro I couldn’t believe how quiet the lift hill was on Candymonium. I thought we were looking at a simulation. 😁
BruinPhD2009 the lift hill on Orion is quieter, you don’t even hear the chain
The fact that you all just shared the same straw during a pandemic.... I couldn't even do that outside of a pandemic haha. But fun vlog haha.
waiting for this comment 😂
lmaoooo I was thinking of this
If anyone was wondering why the US was and still is hit so badly... it starts with everybody's behaviour to stop the pandemic.
yeah after just getting out of hospital with EBV I wont be sharing food, drinks or cutlery with anyone ever again
5:40 it’s so weird seeing fahrenheit with fresh paint, I’m used to it being a yellowish orange color
Wow Candymonium looks so fun. My current favourite is Behemoth, so this looks like EXACTLY my kind of ride.
Personally, I'm team candemonium. I prefer floater to ejector, and Skyrush really doesn't seem like my type of ride, but rides like Apollo's Chariot or Mako are in my top 10.
Most people are trying to avoid Covid but Taylor is sharing a shake with his buddy's through a single straw.
I noticed that as well. 🙄
Sharing a straw with another healthy individual won't give you coronavirus. Thats not how it works.
Jay Roth who tf cares if you get COVID, just stay inside if u do and you’ll be fine. Rolling you’re eyes over someone sharing a straw is childish
Honestly people going after each other over COVID stuff is so dumb to me. Just mind your own business man, that kinda stuff doesn’t help fix COVID or make the world a better place
Jason Kelly I’m not going after him, I’m sharing an opinion. And if you say mind you’re own Buisness, why did you just bust in to our Buisness?
Awesome video! 🙂 Candymonium looks great fun! Looks like you had a great time! 🙌
Taylor: Paul and I have some hot takes

Candymonium is such a good ride mostly every Coaster Enthusiast will love it
I will say that while I believe Orion is better, Candymonium is a LOT more unique and interesting. Couldn’t recommend this enough.
They’re both pretty cookie cutter
I definitely agree. Candymonium doesn't do anything crazy enough to beat any B&M giga. I think that Candymonium would be a much better ride without those trim brakes on the airtime hills. They have Skyrush as well though so no real complaints.
Røcky I don’t in fact there’s not really a bad thing about either coasters
@@rcky6506 Says the man complaining about my RUclips comment.
CEmanified ok you got me
Skyrush is my #3 favorite coaster. The speed, intensity, and ejector airtime is incredible

corona virus: am I a joke to you?
I was about to say... You can tell they don't care at all.
Yes corona is a joke to me
Corona virus: Huh! Gotcha not wearing masks! Oh sorry, you're drinking - my bad. I move along then.
Feeling a family road trip coming on after seeing the improvements, new coaster and haven't been there since the mid 80s. Man that drink you shared made my teeth sore! Lol.
kevin 157 I think I became diabetic watching them drink that thing.😂
I went there a week and a half ago and CandyMonium did not disappoint. Glad I went!
This will always remain as the best family park!
I used to be a lifeguard at their waterpark back in high school. Definitely miss being there all the time with the homies. Cool to see it grow into such a well respected park💪🏼 too many memories.
Love all the POVs. Great Job. Keep Up The Great Work Taylor and Stay Safe
That fountain though. This is the first video I've seen of the coaster since the fountain has been operating, and wow thats beautiful.
My good friends son works there at Hershey park! She posted pictures of her son and their family there just a couple of days ago on his day off, enjoying their day at Hershey Park. I’d say for the top 5 for this park mine will have to be:
1. Skyrush
2. Candymonium
3. Fahrenheit
4. Storm Runner
5. Lightning Racer
5. Great Bear
4. Fahrenheit
3. Storm Runner
2. Skyrush
1. Candymonium
TheStar 07 actually I forgot Great Bear that’s probably tied with Lightning Racer
1. Skyrush
2. Storm Runner
3. Candymonium
4. Fahrenheit
5. Comet
Mr. Roller Coasters OH YEAH!!! I love Comet!!!
I only went this year though, so Storm Runner was closed. That's a prediction. So as far as the ones I've ridden, Comet is #4
5:06
You can smell Christmas
ugh I want to go to so many more parks because of watching your vlogs!! Hersheypark is totally on the list!
Going to Hersheypark tomorrow, and I'm actually really looking forward to Lightning Racer a lot. I love dueling woodies.
Skyrush unfortunately seems to be closed for the season; minor bummer; but there are plenty of others I'm looking forward to.
Should I visit Hershey this year? It would be my first time, and storm runner is closrd
I’d say wait
Definitely GO. Even without Storm Runner it’s still awesome!
I went to Hersheypark for the first time a few weeks ago and I loved it.
It's a great park, but without Storm Runner you aren't getting the full experience of it. I love it there, but I feel like Storm Runner is one of the big rides no one wants to miss out. It's closed for good reason, but Storm Runner is amazing in my opinion.
I was there on Saturday and Candymonium was 🔥 but I have to say I’m OBSESSED with Great Bear

Lightning Racer is fantastic. So perfectly designed that you NEVER know which side will win.
Skyrush is my all time #1 and Hersheypark, due to its atmosphere and overall great collection of coasters is my #1 park.
It is nice to see all these coasters because I can’t go to any parks
Thank you for the POV! What a great video :)
A hyper next to a hyper. We need this in more parks.
I came off Fahrenheit slightly underwhelmed
But man did great bear exceed my expectations
And lightning racer would make a sick rmc
Benjamin Friedman no
Wildcat is definitely the better option
It starts off similar to Diamondback at KIngs Island but that helix at the end around the fountain was dope.
going there tomorrow 😬. Came here in 2006 and in 2014 and I didnt ride any roller coasters bc I was too young so lets see

Candymonium is great. Very smooth and fun, however, I think skyrush is much better
I haven't been to Hershey Park since 2004. One of these days, I'll make it back. They've added SO MUCH.
Crazy seeing B&M and Intamin hypers right next to each other, love it. Hershey's lineup is incredible now, not like it wasn't incredible before.
Great POV Taylor!
Its funny how your friend said Lightning racer duels every time is just funny because on opening day I only got one ride on it dueling then they took off the lightning side, maybe because of absolutely no lines.
That is rare. Lightning Racer always duels

Scrumptious corvid milkshake
I got stuck on the trims before the final brake run for ten minutes and got a free fast track pass for any coaster.😃😃😃
Man I’ve been on Twisted Colossus probably 50 times and duel nearly every time, rarity for me it doesn’t.
I saw a Vekoma SLC yesterday, help me clean my eyes!
you have a wild travel plan. stops are erratic xD nut still jelly you travel every where
My arteries slammed shut just looking at that S’mores Milkshake. Holy cow...
Sky Rush definitely hurt my legs after going on it once but this ride is like Raging Bull at Six Flags Great America which i do so love a lot
Just went today...the floater air is actually insane 🔥
Taylor, I saw you getting dispatched on Great Bear last Saturday. Hope you recognized the El Toro shirt!
I loved this ride so much I rode it like 35 times when I went
I rode Candymonuim for the first and itsssssss amazinggg i wish it was longer but its smooth and got some good airtime
I was riding candymonium when you posted this. Good timing I guess lol
Is candymounium, for you, the best B&M hyper? Or still is shambhala?
The creek below Candymonium has chocolate themed water...:D
With such an amazing assortment of thrill coasters is strange that Hersheypark doesn't get as much recognition, as would say perhaps compared to Knott's Berry Farm.
Andre Wallace I agree. I’ve been to both parks several times and I’ve always thought Hersheypark was a better overall experience and far better maintained.
Going in 3 weeks for the first time, can’t wait
Never been to Hershey Park, looks sick though.
It is so quiet, can’t wait to go on it 👍🏼
Great added touch how they have chocolate running in the streams under the coaster. Or is that mud? LOL
You don’t have to race on Twisted Colossus for it to be miles better than Lightning Racer IMO. You barely even see the other train on LR anyway.
Can’t wait to see a review video for Candymonium. From what I’ve already heard, it’s been getting positive reception. It even got compared to the likes of Mako.
It was smart to put there only coaster themed to Hershey chrocolate next to the front entrance.
Hey Taylor! What is a good smartphone stabilizer? I’m thinking about getting the feiyutech vimble 2
Farenheight made me dizzy but it was intense I particularly didnt like skyrush it threw me around and had a ton of ejector but the restraints ruined it for me. Candymonium I only got back row rides but when I go back I will get some front row too.
"This little evil count peppermint dude..." its Mint the Merciless.
WHY ARE YOU ALL DRINKING FROM THE SAME STRAW AAAAHHHHH EVEN WITHOUT COVID19 THAT ISN'T SMART

@@bludude1001 don’t be dumb, you just did

Aw I was supposed to be there today for Phish! And rollercoasters of course.
Did you guys just drink from the same straw during a pandemic? Ahah loved the vlog as always!!!

Now THIS looks like what a hyper should be like!

ME!

The track reminds me of the silverstar in Europa Park
Claude Effono Silver Star is a great coaster. Gotta say, Wodan is my favorite in the park. The fly through of the station? Fantastic.
That ride looks sweet!
