How come you say it's a fat-loss diet with 227gm of carbs? We need to increase the protein intake with low carb to get fat loss and also need good fat of min 60gms.
For fat loss n to save muscles, carbs should be low and protein must be high. I've tried high carbs wd low calorie but after sometimes weight stucks somewhere
Protein content is already around 150 here which is enough for most people. And most people will lose weight at 1800 cals, during plateaus you can simply reduce 200 cal more. It's impossible to not lose weight if you're burning more calories than you eat, regardless of the carb content since at the end of the day, those carbohydrates are getting burned as well as they make up the 1800 cal diet .
Remember if you take post workout protien shake of 25g scoop then the total calories will be ~1900 calories NOT ~1800 calories.
