That appendix really was putting weight on Sainz before. Now he's extremely light.
Max and Carlos 2025 Red Bull would be amazing
Checo > Carlos
I Prefer Carlos For The Seat 2025
@@IvanGarcia-sj5bc nahhhhhh
Redbull is not a genuine car manufacturer
HAHA... no.@@IvanGarcia-sj5bc
And it's only been TWO WEEKS since his surgery. He definitely didn't deserve to be sacked by Ferrari.
Edit: AND HE WINS THE RACE!!!
Because his weight was reduced
Wat @@TheMicstep
@@WigSplittersHe had his appendix removed. Weight reduction. lmao
clown decision
Now a days very less people watching f1 as all no only one winner. Thats has to change when Hamilton joins Ferrari
Absolutely love this channel! It is amazing to see these slight moments add up and the moments that make the difference as we can't see the comparisons on the track itself.
Classic Max and his corner exits
Slower in = faster out.
Carlos messed up the fastest corner. He had to lift midway unfortunatly, lost 3 tenths.
Juzh123 ran a comparison to last year, he was actually slower entering some corners but sent it through the exit and shaved 0.2 seconds off certain parts
@@TheScalymandid you see him slower in? He was fast because was red bull at exit
The T1 Max 10+ kmh in entrance and sacrificed exit of T2 -10 kmh. T6 Max braked 13.5m later than Sai, and again sacrificed exit of T7.
0:55 that exit made the lap
yeah
Sainz was really bad at it the hole time. I think he doesnt wanna risk it after last year.
not really, the previous turn entry what made the exit bad, he carried to much speed and compromised his line (Verstappen went closer to the side of the track and had better corner speed, which is followed by a straight)
You mean how they enter the corner at 0:53.
I think both points are valid. The bad entry resulted in a. Bad exit for Carlos
Amazing work, as always!
And P1 baby! From the SMOOTH OPERATOR
Looking at this. I don't think redbull has too much higher peak downforce than ferrari but the efficiency it has creating that downforce is incredible. Great video for the comparison!
Nice video as usual, does anyone know how are these videos made
As much I think is it blender?
How do you get this data? Are these the exact lines the drivers are taking?
Carlos is in his redenption arc
Love coming to see these videos after every quali. Was interesting to see that Max’s exit from the corner after the back straight made the difference. It doesn’t look close on paper, but if Carlos had a cleaner exit from that corner, it would have been very close. Proud of Carlos. That man’s on a mission.
just wanna say thanks for doing this especially the same day as quali
0:53 its so microscopically subtle, but that slightly wider line, with a later turn in point and a more parabolic curve is the secret.
How do you render these?
Any tutorial or behind the scenes?
cool channel, keep up the awesome work! any chance we can get a Yuki vs Ric from a Q1 in 2024?
Alonso and Sainz have a history of "Almosts"
Fast corners speed, acceleration, top end speed and DRS boost is massive with RedBull.
How do you make these animations? Im an amateur modeller and renderer and would live to know how you do this😊😊 Love the vids
Isso confirma que o piloto faz a diferença.
“Almost”.
Max is a robot
Only because of drs
@@gto861 that kite don't fly in quali.
in quali all have drs so equal.
@@gto861 lol clown
@@gto861 if Max only wins because of the Redbull, how come Perez gets beaten by other cars on a regular basis?
According to Hamilton fans, Perez wouldn't even be able to pas a drivers license test. I think Lewis had quite a bit of trouble passing him in 2021 Abu Dhabi🤣
@@topneorej So what is your opinion on hamilton? If it was just bottas that drove the w11 it would look nowhere as near as dominant as it is today
Ok I understand how you can reproduce their pace using timing data, but how are you able to follow their racing lines too? You're doing hands-down the absolute best F1 animations and infographics on the entire internet, well done sir!
I wad wondering the same.
amazing animation ❤🔥
Straight line speed and exit from slow corners redbull is beast
Vamos Carlos!
Wow the channel is sponsored now! Amazing. keep it up.
The Smooooooooth Operatoor!!
nice video🎉
almost
All in that high speed chicane, Max was just on rails in those corners
You never had me, you never had your car .
Is the RB much faster in straight lines speed?
What happened at 0:36? Why did he started swaying around? Seems like he lots quite a bit there
new power unit😊. Max
red bull in straight line is crazy
Final sector gottem damnit Carlos
Its always turn 10 in Australia
Unreal hour rbr is faster in the high speeds and drs zones
Unsurprisingly this time car wasn't bad but a small mistake at 0:55 where Carlos brought too much pace in the corner eventually compromised the exit on the next corner which cost SF-24 the first pole of the season and as shown in the race it was better than RB20 overall at Albert Park.
More torque coming out of the corner?
Carlos to redbull
I bet that is where he will go next year, and I wonder if Mercedes will fo full risk on Kimi Antonelli. Heck, why not?
@chicobicalho5621 Yeah but it will take him 2 four years in f1 to shine
Carlos would do well to drive a RB
He signed a 3 year contract it expires this year.he was not sacked, there refused to do another contract with him.
I swear sky sports f1 has used this for their anaylis
Appendix weight advantage 😅
That was such a good lap by Carlos Sanz
Almost is his middle name
Funny how on straight line they are equal but the difference is made in 3rd technical sector where Ferrari was continuously stronger during free practices. That means more downforce for max, and therefore less deg. Max would have won, no question.
"Almost" is a very optimistic way to describe the fact Verstappen made pole rather definitively.
Not really, sainz made a very big mistake , and after that mistake, was still catching up to max, it wasn't definitive
@@WigSplitters Not a mistake,Max always makes the best corner exits!
It was literally one turn that costed Sainz those 2 tenths
Stop being a fanboy and be objective
@@mari-us6rh carlos did make a mistake in turn 9, where he held on longer on the brake and had to lift in turn 10 entry, any other corner except turn 9, carlos' exits were as good as max, you didn't watch did you?
Almost, almost, almost….story of most people’s lives.
Rebull alwayes runs a lower downforce setup
It's not lower downforce, it's lower drag. They generate grip/downforce without creating as much wind resistance. This is called aerodynamic efficiency, it's why redbull keep winning.
@@Williamxmrthat's what he mentioned about lower downforce. Do you have a mind problem?
s2 chicane tells a different story
@@gto861 lower drag does not equal low downforce, Albert Park is not a track where you run low downforce, they still create a load of downforce, but through their floors, so it doesn't create as much drag, still a high downforce profile, but through the floor so less drag, it seems like it is you who have a mind problem, try to use brain before insult other people
@@haohan5082 Anyways, Ferrari was just as fast, if not faster on one lap pace here. Max nailed turn 9/10 , while Carlos could not. Otherwise they were pretty much neck to neck the whole lap.
AM shouldn't delay signing Carlos Sainz.
Bro got weight reduction
Put Sainz in the Redbull in 2025 so we can have some competition 🙏🏻
Ferrari had the pace on that one
The exit of t10 is sainz mistake more than the usual ver magic, he braked too late into t9 and had to lift in the exit of t10 losing almost 4 tenths to max.
Formula 1 vs Indycar please.
Great stuff from Carlos! 👏❤🏎💪 Let's finish the job tomorrow and get Carlos on the podium where he belongs! 💪 Hopefully we can keep Perez behind! ❤🇮🇹 Forza C² ❤❤💪🏽💪🏽 💚🤍❤ Forza Ferrari! 💚🤍❤
He didn't though, cos Max was over two tenths ahead. I like Sainz but let's calm down a bit. For all we know had Max not gotten the issue with his car, we could be complaining of domination. Let's wait for enough races to get properly excited.
He did, carlos made a mistake
Close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades.
I really Hope Carlos will get better sit than Hamilton and Leclerc. I'm gonna always support him!
Better than Hamilton? Lewis won 4 races in his first season, 2007. Sainz has won 3 races IN A DECADE ! Better than Hamilton 😂
Almost stole... ? He was over quarter of a second off... 😂
he made a big mistake in turn 9-10, without that error could've been close or even pole
@@josemanoel6208 The point is: 0.270 , it's not a "almost" pole , and Max made a mistake in turn 4.
@@mikawelll turn 4 doesnt follow up with a big staight
and turn 9 and 10 are fast corners so making a mistake here will cost more time
compare the onboard you will see the difference
Almost?
some knows charles sector 1 and 2 were better or worse than max and carlos ?
Is Pole a verb?
It's Verbstappen actually
Beating Rossi give Marquez confidence. Beating Marquez give Bagnaia confidence. Beating Hamilton give Max confidence. Beating Max that have car issues won't give Sainz extra confidence.
3 Tenths is a big gap... Not close to almost LOL
It would be quite awkward for Ferrari if Sainz casually dominates Leclerc this season tbh.
RB should move quickly to snatch Sainz imo. He shouldn’t settle for anything else. I doubt he’d beat Max but it’d be way better than moving to Audi (which is nothing more than Russian roulette), Mercedes (they’ve become a bunch of clowns) AM (has no trajectory).
In RB he’d at least get the odd win and who knows he might even challenge Max (at least he’d probably do a better job than Perez) z
If Checo keeps performing like he does sofar they won't get Carlos and Carlos probably wants to not wait too long. Also Max and Carlos get a long fine but their dads have history.
Gte vs gt3 lap Comparison pls
More than anything because many people think it's the same thing and don't have it. any correlation
Please put over minimum speed in turns and maximum speed on the straights please!
I gonna say it what the media these days would not say no matter what. Max makes the difference, meanwhile Checo makes the RB20 look like a tractor... [sometimes] same as in 2023
fuck..... that's why max is a monster 😂😂
Not even close.
As this season unfolds:
Mercedes will be happier to see their diva leave;
The diva will be happier to leave;
And Fred will be pulling his last hairs regretting ditching Sainz.
Adoh... D main ka apaq
What a misleading headline, Max had him beat and properly in the 2nd half of that lap
The telemetry shows he ALMOST did, carlos made a mistake
@@bojngsrll8644 so did everyone else till the first punch landed as they say then reality set in
And the mistake of sainz, he is to late for show he's skills in Ferrari
But he did’nt
nah its fake, or badly made, max totally missed the apex in the fast chicanes
Of all the drivers on the grid, only one doesn't deserve a seat but should have been given to a more talented and skillful driver. Lawson is more deserving than Ricciardo. Another DeVries is brewing in Helmut's mind.
DRS should be banned in qualifying so the other teams can compete, Redbull's DRS is just unbelievable
Take in to account the superior RB car vs the Ferrari and you realise Carlos did an amazing job.
He did a good job, but this weekend the Red Bull is not really superior.
You're paid to promote VegasGP?😊
Red Bull have the luxury of running lower downforce so it's no surprise Max pulled away on the straights.
PS, love your channel 🤍❤🤍
00:51 this is where he really seperated himself with Carlos
Seriously!? Pulled away on the straight!??Did we missed something!???
@@mari-us6rh that is not a straight lol. It's turn 9 and 10. Sainz compromised his entry and lost a lot of time on the exit. You have to remember that the slower the speed the more time you can lose.
not a lower downforce, but a lower drag, red bull still generates load of downforce through their floor, low downforce and low drag is not the same thing, don't get mixed up
@@haohan5082 this is what I meant. their floor works so much better than all other teams that they don't need to compensate as much with their rear wing
max was OVER tenth faster just on the straight! wow that car is a rocket
Iohuuuuuu Ferrari
Almost??? Are you drunk?
if you just look at the time you may think that carlos is nowhere near pole, but if you watched, u realize that it is an almost pole since carlos was flawless the whole lap except for turn 9, and max wasnt gaining on carlos in anywhere of the track except for that turn 9, every other sectors they ran really close to each other
Max is just better.
the video is not saying carlos is better, so what is your point?
Point is that Max makes the difference. Where is Checo then?
@@haohan5082 Ferrari is clearly the better car in the whole qualy from practice to q1 and q2. But when the lap really matter carlos fumbled the bag. Common sains behavior really
Appendix = Dead Weight
Ferrari good pace fastest lap.
Almost?0.27 sec.Max could easily overlap Sainz in this race.
Click bait much. Max had that pole by almost 3 tenths. Ain’t even close. Do better research.
it is close if you consider that they ran flawlessly and incredibly close to each other in every sectors, except for sainz made a mistake in only turn 9, statistics are not everything blud
This is the research.
What does that prove?
We can see clearly that the whole thing is rigged 😂.
3 tenths is almost?
