  • This is a 30 min full body intense workout from the 2023 Summer Shred Challenge. This is going to make you sweat, burn those calories and make you feel great after! We've got 5 sets working different parts of your body. Remember the goal here is to complete the workout, so take as many breaks as you need but don't give up and make sure you reach the end of the workout.     IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. RUclipsrs optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching RUclips for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.
    Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
    When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

    I'm on day-10 of the summer shred challenge and oh my , this was by far the hardest workout video I've done . I had a headache at the beginning of the workout but I just rested for a while and hydrated , and after feeling a bit better I jumped back in to the challenge and I'm glad I made it to the end. So guys don't give up on your dream just because of small inconveniences , rest well and keep pushing forward. You got this 💪

    For anyone looking for any comment on results for the 2023 Summer Shred Challenge - I started doing this on the 3rd of July - combined with swimming twice a week and 100 bridges on the challenge days, (I am on day 11 now). I started from 64 kgs (I am 1,7m), and oscillated to 62.4 to 63, back to 62, now again at 63. I eat normally, somewhat of a diet (not eating after 4:30-5 pm) and having at least 2 L of water daily.
    I started with the following:
    - Waist: Before - 67cm, Day 11 - 63.7cm
    - Arms: Before - 29cm, Day 11 - 28cm
    - Belly (lower belly?makes sense?): Before - 79cm, Day 11 - 78cm
    - Hips: Before - 103cm, Day 11 - 99cm
    - High thigh (top of the leg, under the bum): before 59cm, Day 11 - still 59cm
    - Lower thigh (above the knee) - Before: 46 cm, Day 11 - 45cm
    - Calf: Before - 36cm, Day 11 - 36cm
    So mainly, in weight there isn't such a big difference, but it shows on my body. And i feel stronger, so there's that. I'll try to get back on day 21 with updates, and on the 28th day as well.
    But don't give up, the whole idea is to take it one day at a time - and the achievements on Chloe's site are really helping to keep you motivated. And if you find a team to be part of, it's really fun to encourage the other team members. But the whole idea is to move daily, don't look at how many days are ahead of you, just look at today. You can do it! :)

      hi, so i forgot about day 21, but i completed the challenge on the 31st of July. Results are a month of exercising, swimming 2 times a week and not eating after 4:30 pm.
      Waist: 63,7 cm
      Lower abdomen: 77 cm
      Arms: 27.5 cm
      Hips: 99 cm
      Upper thigh: 57.5 cm
      Lower thigh: 44.5
      Calf: 35 cm
      Kilograms were up and down, depending on water retention and stress, this part was really annoying, but since i saw a difference in my body - looks and strength, i wasn't that mad about it.
      keep showing up every day, with breaks and all and extra rest days if needed, but keep going 🤗

    Literally 2 weeks ago I could hav never imagined being able to do a straight 30 min workout without extra breaks, I can’t believe I was able to do it! These past days I’ve been doing 10 minute workouts and 15 min workouts at the most, but I decided to try this one for the first time and I was able to make it through!! Feeling the workouts get easier as I keep going is really amazing! Plus I went through a bit of a rough patch recently and I wasn’t able to exercise for about 4 days and I ate pretty bad today, so I really wanted to work out and it made me feel a lot better. Thanks so much chloe!!! And if anyone is spent the time reading this lengthy comment, you can do it!! Even if you have a bad day or you feel like shit, you got this :)

    I'm on day 22 of 2024 Weight Loss Challenge of the first workout video set. Hiit workout videos are my worst enemy especially if it's longer than 10 minutes, but I'm proud to say that I finished every repetitions accordingly. Super proud of myself for still continuing to workout entirely

    I will do this training for several days and note my evolution.
    At the beginning I am 1m60 and 58kg.
    The first day it's super hard I didn't manage to finish. ❌
    On the 2nd day I did it by taking a break and drinking a lot of water. I am tired.😭😭
    Day 3
    I managed to finish I now know the music.
    I'm tired right after I eat my snack 😭😭
    4th day I didn't because I had to go to class.
    5day I decided to do it for real with concentration 😊. Exhaustion called me but I continued until the end thinking about the body I want to have😁.

      @@selfmaderaven4953 it was depending on my mood but I can say that at least a whole year I was very committed, I was doing 1 hiit, 1 lower or regular abs and 1 leg video combo 4-5 times a week, right now my work schedule is crazy so I can only do 2-3 times a week but still it's better than nothing

    Day 10 : done ☑️

    I still kinda get tired in between but have to say i feel good about my body and my skin is glowing. So much better in terms of energy since day 1
    Day 13 : done ☑️.
    So much better . Almost no breaks except for one short break . 30mins felt like eternity tho 😂
    Day19: done ☑️.
    ZERO BREAKS TAKEN. Althought to be realistic , Sometimes i do low impact exercises because i’m out of breath and can’t jump in the moment. It’s okay , you’re not always supposed to do high impact ones

    Day 1- paused for water at end of set 2, feeling slightly weak but strong enough to finish workout, felt weaker in set 3 but still got will to continyue.... PRAISE THE LORD I FINISHED IT!!! (paused twice for abt 2 mins total)

    i’ve been doing the 2023 summer shred challenge and i can honestly say this works
    i only have 5 days of the challenge left but i can already see and feel how strong my legs and core have gotten. i went from a 28 1/2 inch waist to a 27 inch waist and i finally have a booty!
    those achievements may not seem like much specially for people who go to the gym but being someone who struggles with consistency and exercise i fully recommend her workouts if you’re trying to get into fitness!
    no other online workouts have worked as well and as fast as chloe’s and i’m really thankful for the effort and effectiveness!

      todays my last day!!
      i definitely see a big change in my endurance and strength. my abs are also visible now, they’re not like super marked but i can see a defined shape for the first time ever!
      i definitely recommend this challenge if you wish to start your fitness journey!!

    Day 1: я сделала 10мин тренировку
    Day 2: я сделала до 24:10 этой тренировки, ибо хватило меня только на это😢
    Day 3-4: был отдых, так как была на работе 12часов и мало кушала, но за эти 2 дня сильно болела тело

    I started 2023 summer challenge on 3 july and i am on day 13 and on day 1 my weight was 57 kg and now on the 15 day i am 52.69 kg so i have lost approx 5 kg and i will share my 4 week result of weight losss soon
    Last day completed i have lost total 7 kg

    I followed Chloe Ting religiously 3 years ago and got into the best shape of my life before my wedding. I got lazy and now after having a baby via C-section 10 months ago, I've felt the most uncomfortable I have ever felt. Back to Chloe now. Definitely feeling like a beginner again but gonna stick to it as I know it works!

    With Chloes workouts I learned that working out can be really fun. After I got better at the exercises, I started paying more attention to the music in the background and most of the times it gives me a boost of motivation to finish the video. I'm 4 days to finish the 2023 summer challenge feeling really proud of myself. I've been trying to loose weight since November last year and nothing was working. Tried swimming, gym, dancing, running, etc.. then I recall Chloe's channel. I've tried her workouts before and didn't fish the program. Now I'm religiously doing it. It is been amazing!🎉

    Day 10 and the burn is crazy but yesterday was 40 mins leg day my booty looks juicy and defined. Thank you so much Chloe cause since January I have lost 15kgs. I take it slow and steady if a workout is intense I take a rest and continue.

    Day 21 of 25 of the Weightloss Challenge 2024. I didn't wanna work tonight but I pushed through! I've been wearing resistance band leggings and ankle weights for that extra push and BAYBEEEEEE I am EXHAUSTED! but I'm glad I did it!

    Working out for dream summer body!!
    Day 1: this was pretty intense and a pretty hard workout but i forced myself through the entire time to do all sets without stopping! I did take like a 5 minute break and went to go get more water but that was it! I could really feel it in my legs and stomach. Im also gonna be doing another workout in the morning to keep the grind up!

    I have done this today for the first time and I was able to do 28 minutes. I've skipped several exercises, but I've tried to do my best, and I'm proud of myself.
    Also I started doing different Chloe's trainings last week and I hope I'll see the results ❤

    Ive almost completed the 4 weeks and I’ve lost a lot of weight from this! I’ve been doing one of ur workouts each month and it’s really helped me improve my self esteem. when I wake up, I look in the mirror and see that my stomach gets flatter. (Of course it took some time to see the results)

      @@blending_in im not sure since I didn’t take notes, but it was about 2 weeks in when I started noticing results. Everyone has different results tho so I can’t be talking for everyone (my stomach isn’t flat either, but I did see a big difference even if I was just doing this video alone)

    Doing this for 30 days keeping u guys updated I’m also in a 700 kcal deficit

    Day 1: I could only get 15 mins thru but omg THE BURN I will get at least 20 mins thru tmr

    Those who have just started this exercise or thinking to start it let me tell you one thing, you'll feel exhausted in just 5 or 10 mins initially in the workout. Don't get discouraged and feel like you can't do it. It's different for everyone. I was going breathless and my mouth was dry like I walked on the Sahara desert. Literally drank water like a camel. After a week I was able to complete this 30 mins workout. I was doing max 10 to 15 mins only. I couldn't do it. But the great thing about our body is it adjusts and it gets easier. Just want you guys to know that you are strong and you can do it too. At least much better than I did😅

    Burnt 234cal, average heart rate 140, max 171. My weight 53, height 168, age 38.
    I recommend to have some little breaks after burpees before mountain climbers and after squat jump before butt kicks because your heart rate will be too high.
    Great workout focused on abs and butt, I was sweating a lot although it wasn't too hard. Thanks Chloe! I became much stronger and have been working out regularly for such a long time with you what I never did before!

    I did this workout immediately after 1 hour of jogging whereas before starting this workout my stamina was only doing 10 minutes of abs workout. I am currently in 2nd week of this challenge. I hope to remain consistent and finish this challenge. The only obstacle I feel during my workout journey is the period. Those 7 days ruins all my effort. Chloe, it's a humble request to make a workout routine for during periods.

      you could do pain relief yoga on period days.thats how your routine would not be hindered . and you can start over chole ting workout immediately after u feel better.

    I just want to say I've been excersising for 12 days and I've lost weight already , I didnt diet or watch my calories what so ever , I didnt only do this vid and I didnt stick to any challenge cuz thats kinds boring but my average is 51-52 kg and today I was a 49 which is awesome + it is alittle easier to excercise than at the beggining so my stamina increased which is the prime goal.
    ☆ this is just your motivation , keep going , you will see results❤❤.
    I have an excercise playlist on my channel if you want I dont do all of them everyday I just choose one and do it a day , I have been doing that for 12 days including like 2 rest days 🌸.
    And even if you dont see results as fast stay strong and patient everybody's body is diff 😊.

    Last day of the summer shred challenge: i have measured myself today and i have definitely lost more than a few cm in my waist, I can fit in most of my clothes that were a little tight before, my face looks way skinnier and i can have a hopeful look at my clavicles again. I am going to start a new challenge soon.

    Guyss..i completed it ..i have never did her workouts but they r definitely enjoyable ..you never know when its over.Honestly,i never sweat like i have to do 1 hour of gym to complete and nicely cover ny body with sweat but this workoutt ..goshh insweated the amount gym makes me do..my body feels so better and for the first time, am writing somewhere that i was covered in sweat ..ahhhhh ..i feell so happyy.. imma continue it soo yeah here are the current weight and all

    Its truly crazy, I am doing my first challenge by myself and sticking to it! I took some extra days off here an there but i am almost half way there! Take a deep deep breathe and even if you are going a bit easier this workout, tomorrow is a new day... just keep moving!!!!!!

    It's my first workout with Chloe and for 15 min it was going alright but then I decided to take a break..and couldn't walk downstairs 😂 My legs were shaking like crazy

    Starting date -21/6/23
    Day1: Completed the full workout with rests in between
    Day2: Woke up with body ache but managed to complete 21 minutes with multiple breaks in between. Hopefully tomorrow becomes a little easier
    Day3: Did my stretches and warm-up exercises before the main workout. Completed full 25 minutes today with little rest in between. Hoping tomorrow gets easier. We got this guys🧚🏽‍♀️
