Epic build so far! But dam that piping was expensive. Here in Germany you can get both upper and lower parts for 15€ on the local marketplace. Definitely would've ported the mk2 racing since it's got a ton of potential, people run them with Yasuni C21 or Stage6 R1400 pipes here pushing 25hp+
Just as a sidenote. When you check the squish you dont need to put the Oring gaskets in because those get squised down anyway. Also the sealent does not add any thickness because that gets pushed out when you torque it down.

Some say it has shorter gears on ac. And can a stock block take the power of an mk2 or due+ cylinder. If anyone can help plese do😊
nope haha, the squish only happens to the end of solder where the squish is on the head, the center is where you put the tape. nothing touches on center
Yes the casings are identical, all that is missing is a liquid cylinder, the radiator with the hoses and the pump (electric or manual drive via the ignition) its the same minarelli horizontal case

Two original radiators will not be enough for cooling in the summer. I put another original one under the floor. The result was excellent.

liquid cooled is horizontal minarelli as well. only bikes like bws / booster is vertical

when u put the cylinder cover on youre zuma when u just installed a 70c kit do u need to adjust the cover becus the cylinder is bigger?

28mm carb is best with that Cil I build a Gilera runner same setup with 24 when I switched to 28mm it was way way better
