    • @willfoster9525
      @willfoster9525 9 месяцев назад

      You are NOT a ‘healthcare worker.’ You just cashed the big checks while cracking the whip on everyone actually doing the work. Not appreciated nor inspiring 😤 All hospital CEOs should be seasoned physicians that understand what the workforce really needs, not an MBA pretending to understand. The suits are ruining health care with your fake smiles and deceptive cost containment. Do you realize the stress and late hours everyone else had to endure while you profiteered off their back?

    I have been waiting for you to place A line CVP or swan TEE CXR ABG/ CMP Mg2 consultation . I am retired MD for many years you did great job I was useful to remember that stuff but I feel no major changes and many times we do thing simultaneously. Probably post arrest an am of bicarb may help i though vasopressin took back stage generally I like norepi for hypotension after cardiac arrest. Thank you though also you were delayed in controlling the air way by intubation I have led many codes once we confirm call for help start cPR we usually intubate immediately it is easy to sy for me because we have a cart ready all the time and an MD can intubate of course not all MD can intubate. May be I was lucky but at the same time we dealt with the sickest and also we have an MD to do TEE any way I enjoyed your lecture wishing you good luck

    Great video! We don't really need this in MBBS since we are expected to move on to specialise and learn in our specialty, so we only get taught the Resuscitation protocol, but this was useful since I started working in an ICU as a junior resident for a short gig beforey specialisation. Thanks for the help!

    What to do when family member has a cardiac arrest for lack of oxygen in the hospital? Very probably the airway was displaced Friday night when the hospital staff is cut to 1/3 and the staff did not place airways on time to avoid the cardiac arrest.
