I'm doing the same
Thought I would watch what my syllabus contains and learn... But Ted said no to all nighters. So good night peeps.
When I was 18-22, 2 energy drinks and a cold shower were more than enough every time. Now at 34 my 2YO son makes sure that every night is kind of an all nighter... Love him!
This video should be released every year with some new facts to remind everyone how imperative it is to have a good night sleep. 😊
This video just described my pre-exam , exam and post-exam scenerio accurately
i was about to do an all-nighter but after watching this i changed my decision, thank you❤❤❤
Literally not sleeping at 1:22 when exams are tomorrow😂
It’s also 1:22am for me righ now XD
6 days later 😅
12 ‘ o clock right now but I’m also competing for 1 22 am 🥸☠️
Me too 2:04😅
2:04 A.M. what a coincidence exact same time! Lol

Decided to study late night today for exam, but caught by sleep and then by phone. Now I'm watching it at 2:32 😂
It is funny 😂
What a coincidence I'm writing this comment at 2:32 😂
@QueenMaria777 😂
watching this during finals while studying a unit on sleep deprivation. Great recap for this unit and saving me time so i can sleep more tonight😂
There are some videos which proves why RUclips is the GOATED platform online
Psychedelics are just an exceptional mental health breakthrough. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against depression and anxiety. Saved my life.
Can you help with the reliable source I would really appreciate it. Many people talk about mushrooms and psychedelics but nobody talks about where to get them. Very hard to get a reliable source here in Australia. Really need!
Steve_porss1 is the man , I share similar experiences with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and addiction. Psilocybin mushrooms have been a game-changer for me, aiding greatly in my recovery and sobriety."
I wish those were more easily accessible where I live.
Microdosing was my next step for my husband. He's 59 & dealing with lots of mental health challenges, possible CTE & a TBI that put him in a coma for 8 days. Unfortunately, I had to get a TPO since he's 6'6, over 300 pounds, and showing violent behavior, constantly talking about harming others. He's aggressive. To anyone reading this, if you're familiar with BPD, is it common to have an obsession with violence?
Is he on instagram?

The problem is you normally don't get to choose if you want to all-night. If the exam is tomorrow, you're going to stay up until you study every little paragraph, whether that's good for your health or not
Have you tried studying before? Its a neat tactic that allows you to sleep and study
@@alex2005z the problem is, I'm a huge procrastinator
@@alex2005z obviously, but in this specific example thats impossible. no sensible person is going to say "well staying up all night is bad, so im just going to fail this exam"
@@joemkdd what kind of extremely easy classes do you have that can be learned in a night?
@@alex2005z for me, the classes I can/could study in 1 night (or usually more like 9pm-3am) are AP Precalculus, AP World History, AP Biology, Spanish III, and AP Human Geography. The only one I can’t really do that for is AP Physics, but I’m in high school so idk how college is.
I appreciate that you suggested Sarah Jennine Davis in one of your videos. She was contacted, and working with her on investments has been fantastic.
Wow, congratulations on your impressive :nvestment success! Your discipline and focus on delayed gratification is truly inspiring. I'm curious, what are some of the key factors that you consider when making :nvestment decisions? Do you have any tips for those of us who are just starting to dip our toes into the world of :nvesting? Thanks for sharing your story!
Do you mind sharing info on the adviser who

Exactly on time this vid found me
Obv my math exam can wait, i need to prevent my brain form all sorts of problems.. thx tedx you always come handy whenever I don't need you 😊
WHAT A COINCIDENCE!! It's literally exam season , we all are staying up late night completing syllabus.

If ur cooked either way just get some sleep. If it's a memorization course pull an all nighter trust.
Watching this at 3 am
Indeed, just get sleep.. mortal!
3:37 any one paused the video to see question?😅
Yes
B?
A
Last fact made me feel better and less guilty😊 for not studying
Students who gets higher gpa doesn't need to depend on all nighters to get good results, they used their day hours to study. So statistically of course what ted said is true
I watched this to choose if i should sleep or study...... well because YOU say it i think sleep is better option ofc😏
Thanks
Glad you found it helpful!
No way TED posted this out of coincidence while I am having my long night for tomorrow' s exam
You should have studied long before your exams were coming. You had plenty of time, so whatever the consequences are, you brought on your own self.
@Palmetto-J 🥲 👍🏻
@@Palmetto-J thank you for commenting absolutely nothing of value king!
Spent the whole day without studying and trying to pull night time study. I doubt whether RUclips is spying on me and my emotions.
Watching the video after 2hr sleep last night
Same here, hopefully we both get back those lost hours sooner than later!
Everyone watching this video at 2 am: *this is amazing information, I’m gonna spend hours researching how important it is to get sleep*
I go to bed at 10:30 every night, which keeps my energy and maintain my skin in the perfect condition!❤❤

The creativity here is unmatched! 'Brain Rot' for life!
Bellissimo video, consigliato a pieni voti da me e dalla mia prof.
Who else randomly got recommended this by RUclips while studying at night?
I once stayed up 2 nights straight, where on first night i stayed up to study for a maths exam..i woke up & went to school to give the exam and messed up in section C but i had choice fortunately so i switched my question...then went home at 2:00, studied and got ready for my exam at coaching, it was a maths exam too, i left at 4:00...came home at 9:00
After coming home, i started studying, stayed awake whole night went to give an exam of chemistry in school...came back and studied for coaching (coincidentally it was also of chemistry) went to give exam and came back home...😢
I got a high fever next day😂
I scored 74/75 in maths & 65/65 in chemistry at school
And 70/75 in maths & 61/65 in chemistry at coaching (exam was abit tough🤷♂️)(or maybe i was tired😢)
Just a few days ago, before a quiz, I stayed up all night cramming, thinking it would help. But the next morning, my brain felt completely fried, and when I finally tried to sleep, I couldn’t stop thinking about the most random stuff. It was like my mind wouldn’t shut off, and I ended up feeling even worse. Definitely learned my lesson.
Mhm it definitely differs from person to person. I’ve had 1 successful allnighter, all the rest were not so superb
Not me watching this right before pulling an all nighter
Yes, good video, also I finished my night coffee, too.
All the best to all the night owls trying to study. May you be excel in your exams and finally find peace❤
