Select the scene you want to reset and click CTRL+F - this is the quickest way.
You can also right click the scene go to transform, and pick fit to screen

It depends on your video card. Biocubic is more commonly used. Lancoz only if you have an high end video card.

That means ur graphic card isn’t strong enough to be used so u have to use x264. X264 is your cpu
