I work in EY GDS from 3 years. We work directly with the clients and partners along with the offshore team. Depend karta hai team ke upar but overall, 2020 ke lockdown me things have changed in terms of the scope of work. Kaafi saare log canada, uk, Dublin, Amsterdam, Luxembourg inn 2 years me move ho gaye along with support from the offshore team. Work life balance is okayish, busy season me we clock 15-16 hours per day.

Freshers nowadays are getting too much salary and its totally undeserving.... experienced people with even 10+ yrs in EY is getting less salary than a fresher salary now !!

But i think for an ACCA affiliate or member, EY GDS will be more practical to work as ACCA course is purely U.K based course

Even i cleared exam and gave interview and cleared all rounds... Even i didnt receive any mails... It takes at least 4 weeks to get
