all general answers - need to be very specific toward job task and framework methods, best practices, and techniques i.e. projjct management: ITIL, Epics, backlogs agile, specific api, containerization, preponderance systems, i.e modules, etc resource management offshore modeling, hybrid systems, etc. that attached to SLA and SOW

These answers are very generic. I wouldn't recommended people use these answers because the interviewer, and especially the recruiter has heard these answers before since they interview hundreds of folks that are most likely using tips from youtube or other career coaches. I would recommend to extract the frameworks from the answers and come up with your own stories and scripts based on your experiences....especially since they will most likely probe deeper into your answers and ask for specifics, which you will be at a loss for unless you use your own examples and can recall or at least approximate the data.
Be yourself and answer honestly, but hopefully my content can help those that are more than capable of doing the job well, but aren't good at interview technique and cannot portray that they have the skillset.
