No he’s not! Bears improve their draft picks by winning, obviously not their literal pick. You improve that by losing. But in our special circumstance we have the panthers 1st rd pick. Having the 1st and the 6th is a lot more valuable than having say the 3rd and 4th picks in the draft. Or the 2nd and 3rd picks. That first pick is what we want above everything else. So panthers have the best shot at it being them.

This was a game of 2 teams that are working to become competitive and learn to win. This was also a game of two rookie quarterbacks. After 2 games where you could argue that his mistakes cost the Bears wins, Tyson Bagent showed that he learned something. He had zero turnovers and just watching him you could see that he didn't force the ball when nothing was there. He held his own with Bryce Young who has started 8 games to his 4. He let the Bears defense and D'Onta Foreman win this game. This was a great morale boost for Bagent and he took a big step forward today.

In early 2002, 2 QB’s NOBODY WANTED COMPETED for a Super Bowl Trophy.
That Super Bowl is STILL CONSIDERED one of The Greatest Ever Played.
The 2 QB’s were Kurt Warner and Tom Brady.
Kurt Warner was AN UNDRAFTED FREE AGENT who was bagging groceries & playing Arena Football a couple years before, and Tom Brady was a 2nd Stringer who’d been picked in the 6th Round.
First-Round QB’s frequently end up being BUSTS.

The only time I seen Young throw a pass over 20 yards is if there’s not a Safety over the top!!!
Just about every possession where Young was in shotgun he had WR wide open on 5 too 7 yard slants but he’s choking, hell half the time he doesn’t even throw it too his check down man, who was wide open 85% of the time….
