▋食材Ingredients
★甘草水:
甘草20g,20g licorice
水300ml,300ml water
干桂花一大勺,1tbsp dried osmanthus
煮出甘草水150ml
★广寒糕:
糯米粉135g,135g glutinous rice flour
粘米粉100g,100g rice flour
红豆沙150g,150g red bean paste
干桂花,dried osmanthus
糖桂花,sugar osmanthus
需要6寸慕斯圈和纱布
