Thankful for this collab! As a woman who is new to firearms and has no women in her life that support 2A, women like Sarah are super helpful! Thank you, Classic, for introducing me to a new helpful resource
I EDC my Glock 19 but have a hellcat that I use when I want to carry a smaller gun or go out in just gym cloths the hellcat does way better for those type outfits and for making sure that I don't print at all when I wearing those and for comfort. The added benefit is I carry the13 rd mag so only having to give up 2 rounds with a much smaller gun but the comfort benefit is a win for me.
Good trigger and feel in hand. Size is slightly smaller feel than the pro bit larger than the hellcat. Also I have a full size masada and shoot it very well with zero issues out of it. Which made me look at the slim as an option.
I own a Masada slim. Usually I carry a P365X or P365 but the slim does shoot very well and is accurate. I have had a few friends shoot it, and everyone seems to enjoy it. It's a little bit larger than the Sigs I usually carry, but I'm going to carry the slim for a bit and see how it works out. Overall great gun from my experience.
I own a hellcat rdp with a hex wasp optic and comp and carry a 13 rd mag with a 15 round mag as backup this gun is easy to carry with all this and is awesome at the range. It is snappy took some time to get used to it.
Remember while the pro shoots better at the range you're going to spend 99.999999% of your time concealing and probably will never need to draw your weapon. If you do need to draw your weapon remember most self defense situations are up close and personal. Like 3 feet or closer. So it's kind of hard to miss lmao.
@@jamiegifford6333 If I could only have one I’d go with the pro. Concealable yet still easy to get a full grip when drawing and feels like you’re shooting a full size. The standard is still nice because you can achieve similar results with the extended mags, or you can go with flush fit mags if you’re wearing something light and need extra concealment or something that fits in your pocket.
I love both Hellcat and Hellcat Pro. The sights do take some getting used to but once you're familiar with them you don't want to go back to anything else. You can also put a Hellcat 13 round baseplate on a 15 round Hellcat Pro magazine and make it a 17+1, there's also a company that makes a baseplate for the 15 round magazine that adds 4 rounds to make it a 19+1.
Personally like the Hellcat with extended 15 round mag, so I can have higher capacity and but more compact. Shooting wise, Hellcat definitely a little spicy with the shorter barrel, but if you practice shooting at the range periodically it's a none issue.
Hellcat with red dot. 11 rd mag, appendix position for ultimate concealment. 13 or 15 rd mag for full sized grip and extra rounds when clothing permits. You can always find a way to conceal the Hellcat with the 13 round mag.
I can completely understand trying to stay as comfortable as possible while concealed carrying. Here in Georgia it is hot and humid practically all year-round. That being said, the Glock 42 is my EDC for that reason. A few days ago, I was looking at just about all of the main micro-9's that are on the market, and the original Hellcat felt the best in my hand. I'm definitely contemplating picking one up especially for the extra capacity, and the availability/cost of 9mm vs 380 ammo.
@@hunter1028 You ain't lying. Honestly, I'm in my mid-40's and I only started carrying about 2 years ago. I'm glad to have made the personal commitment to myself, family and community. Nowadays, I wouldn't feel right leaving home without it.
@@hunter1028 Well said. It's a shame the world has become this way. That being said, my son is home from college for the summer, so we'll have plenty of time to train together. Wishing you and yours all the best Hunter 102.
I got a hellcat before the pro and RDP came out and I fell no need to get the others I thought about it especially the RDP for the looks but I feel like the standard hellcat is perfect but with the extended mag since I have big hands and it's easy to carry, plus I like the option to put the flat mag if I'm riding my bike is shorts and a tee-shirt. I've also put several thousands of rounds through it with no problems and haven't even cleaned it yet. I will say if you do have a hard range day it starts to make your hands a little sore after 2 or 300 rounds it is a bit jumpy but better than my little pocket LCP II
Tier 1 axis elite holster with a hellcat pro with a Bushnell rxu-200 optic and apex trigger as my EDC. The larger grip over the reg hellcat allows me for faster 1.2-1.3 sec draw times comfortably. Love it!
Wouldn’t trade my hellcat with 15rd extended mag for anything. Wear button up shirt to work everyday so need as small as possible with as many rounds as possible.
I have the original Hellcat and plan on getting the Pro when funds permit. I like my Hellcat a lot and carry it often. The Pro would make a nice addition to my arsenal.
I don't get why anyone would get a Pro model Hellcat or a larger sized micro pistol, it makes no sense. Just get a compact that shoots so much softer and better and call it a day. A pro sized Hellcat defeats the purpose of a high capacity super concealable hand gun.
13:44 It appears to me to be under great control, not so "snappy" that one would lose control. Edit: And with the adrenalin rush, I doubt you'd ever notice a thing.
15:19 I think this is the answer I've been looking for. I've not shot either, but cc is my main reason for needing one, that one in a thousand situation you hope to never find yourself in. I've held and caressed both, love them both, and feel certain I'd prefer the Pro at the range, but I need one for Not at the range.
I rented a hellcat at a pistol range yesterday and I didnt really like it. It was a little too small for my hand and I felt like even though it was also a 9mm pistol it had a lot more recoil compared to something like a sig p365 xl or glock 19
I had an XDM 45 when I first shot a buddies Hellcat. I picked that U-notch up so naturally. Had a 1" group at 7yds. at first hold. 5 shots. I now have a CZ 75 P 01 and love it. Qualified with it. But I'm thinking the HC Pro is making a strong case for my EDC. I guess the U-notch just works for me because I really don't get how people sneer at it.
I personally prefer the osp model over the pro. Throw a RDO, TLR7 SUB and, a hogue grip on that puppy and ya got a decent set up imo. If i wanna add capacity i can carry the 15 or 17 in my pocket.
I perfer the original Hellcat I chose it for reasonable capacity in an ultra concealable gun. Then I bought my Wife a shield plus and 30 super carry and it's got to be the best conceal carry gun out there hands down
I’d take the og hellcat over the pro because if I’m getting a long grip I’d prob just go ahead and get the macro. I love my standard HC but it is snappy. Accurate and 100% reliable tho looking to get a dot soon
I like the hellcat and the pro feel... But do not care for either, because of how snappy they are... I find that the Shield 40 and Shield 45 are both less snappy than the hellcats... The Shield Plus was my 9mm carry, before I acquired the 40 & 45. Also I'm a 6'0 and 230lbs man, so concealment of those is not overly difficult for me...
Going with the hellcat over the pro but that’s because I live in a state where’s it’s 10000 degrees 9 months out of the year. As far as the sights….WAYYY better than the standard.
Hi everyone I’m about to get a Hellcat (not pro version), and I’ve been trying to find if I can use a rmr on the 3 inches version. Can anyone help me please?😅
FN 509 C. Than again I have every version of the 509. Now they got me with 510 and 545. Also want to try the new reflex. 3 new pistols in 3 months was not ideal for me lol. Take it back a few years, the FNS9C was a awesome gun as well
Manufacturers need to make a full size firearm for us People With tiny hands like the hellcat Grip the hellcat fits perfectly in my hands the pro is too big got to Twist my hand to Reach that trigger
If you’re gonna carry the hellcat with a pinky extender on the magazine, you probably should get the hellcat pro you get better velocity on that extra little slide
I bought the original hellcat then I bought the hellcat pro because I wanted to match and now they came out with a hellcat pro Comp. So I'm going to have all three.
I'm not a fan of those tiny little pistols. I like a grip I can get my pinky on. Guns glock 19 and smaller are out for me. I'm in love with my walther ppq. It's the most comfortable gun I've ever handled in my little experience of different models.

My issue with the shield was that it didn’t point naturally for me. My first shots were always off, I’d adjust after and be fine but it was a constant issue. Didn’t have that issue with any other pistol I’ve shot, Beretta was fine, Glock was fine, Springfield mod 2 was fine, only the shield shot off. I haven’t shot the hellcat yet but I’m going to be for I buy.

The regular Hellcat with the 15rd magazine👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
My hellcat with a TLR 7 sub, holosun eps carry, and apex trigger has been 100% for over 2000 rounds through it
