Hi Dr. Rosen, thank you for this informative video, I love watching all your videos, you have very soothing voice and god bless you! I’m five months P. O. T. L. K. R.
Thanks for the detailed explanation. How long has this been around? I had both knees replaced in 2023 and have no idea if they were done with robotic assistance or not. Maybe not. Anyway I am very happy with the outcome of my two surgeries.
Hi Dr. Rosen, Thanks for a very informative video. I am scheduled for robotic assisted TKR in four weeks. My biggest concern is increased risk of complications from osteoporosis caused by long term prednisone use (Crohn's disease). Specifically from the use of the tracker rods/pins. I learned from one of your other videos that there is an increased risk of fracture or infection . I assume that risk would be higher for my situation. What would be your typical approach to a situation like this ? Again, thank you for all of the valuable information on all of your videos. I hope you are doing well.
There is a lot of questions about robotic surgery and here I take you through how we do it. Thanks for watching and be sure to subscribe.

The fracture is a risk, but low. If there is severe osteoporosis talk with your doc about your concerns.
