If you're on PC, don't get the Dual sense edge. idk why no one said anything about that. I spent 200 bucks and the paddles on the back aren't customizable.

@@ssxxxd Victrix doesn't have gyro sensors in it so the edge is the better one for shooters IMO. But the Victrix pro bfg is the superior one for fighting games since it has a 6 face button module and also you can use the paddles on the back for additional button placements

@@ssxxxd If you connect the controller to your pc via a wire, then use something like steam input or rewasd then it should be perfectly fine and response time is just like a mouse. As far as I'm aware, connecting the controller via wireless bluetooth doesn't seem to support the gyroscope for some reason.
I bought a Pro BFG because of the offset sticks, since I play on xbox a lot. So when it came to playing fps on ps5 it felt terrible. So this controller really helps with my motivation to play fps on ps5.

I might try the offset since I’m always switching between playing on my switch or my ps4 and I also play a bunch of shooters, I hope they prob add a thing where you could maybe buy a new left or right side module in case of any problems(stick drift, buttons not working and etc)

I have the edge currently but have had the bfg before and they are awesome controllers only noticeable difference personally is the triggers on the bfg feel cheap compared to the edge. Although if the bfg had replaceable stick modules for stick drift I would still have it and not the edge
own both, if FPS or anything besides fighting games, its EDGE. quality sticks, quality build, better software.
To all the people saying the edge doesn’t work on pc… it is literally as simple as downloading a software, or if you have a ps5 set it up on the ps5 lol

id go with dualsense edge AS A PS5 PLAYER. If youre pc dont go with either (unless you play fighting games) cuz there is some solid controllers out there that are cheaper but can deliver more in performance.
It's way cheaper to get a modification; The GuliKit Hall Effect sticks.
Hall Effect sticks will pretty much never drift, not for decades.
bfg overall, But when it comes to shooter games. It takes awhile to get used to.

ofc why would buy a controller for 200 if he got broken after 3 month . no hall effect sticks not worth to spend money on a controller i can repair it but not everyone can do this

I had 2 duel sense edge’s. NEVER slammed them or anything out of anger. After 3 months the triggers for “trigger stops” basically broke. I’d click and it would get stuck and I would have to kinda keep pressing it to get it unstuck . Just get a victrix. You get more paddles anyway
Honesttly the main selling poiny for me for the Dualsense edge is the analog stick replacement
you can buy victrix pro bfg analouge sticks for 25 bucks but u have to take out the stiks and replace them its ez if u watch tutorial
The BFG is modular. I have my analog sticks symmetrical like Sony does. The 20hr battery life is just icing on the cake
IMO, the Pro BFG is primarily better for fighting games and the Edge is the better one for shooters since it has motion sensors meaning you can use it on PC to configure it as a mouse and trick the system into thinking it's a mouse and keyboard so you can keep up with mouse aimers without the need of aim assist
If you really want a competitive edge, the dualsense edge is better. The reason is that you can overclock it. The difference between 8ms of input to 1ms is absolutely insane
Your tv prolly has more than 1ms ... it depends
What happens if your thumb stick breads or stick drift? Can you get replacement sticks?
I bought the pro bfg and it is really good for shooters with the mouse click triggers
The bfg does not have mouseclick triggers i have 2 battlebeavers and they are mouse click completly different type of trigger
If you have ps4 then the dualsense edge won't work but the Victrix would work

I bought both I will say that I use more the pdp victrix pro on shooters the edge I use on others games but I the pdp victrix feels cheaper and almost have the same price on Amazon that the dualsense edge for the price that have, I recommend most the edge you have most modifiable and a best configurations that the victrix that you need have a computer to change some important settings that only in the edge it's more easy to use on ps5.

Edge is really good but. the rubber grips peel off after a while and im not the only one this happens to

Dual edge is good but many problems and the panel, if they change for plastic is good, but metal destros the control
Now ngl the dualsense edge have potential but I choose the Victrix BFG controller because
1. I'm used to the xbox layout.
2. It has more back buttons.
3. It has more battery life.
4. It has a whole fight pad.
5. It feels more sensitive with the triggers then the edge.
6. It feels more comfortable for me when I play claw.
7. It also has better adjustable thumbsticks. I didn't really like the edges controller thumbsticks.
The only disadvantage it has is the cheap replacement modules. Plus it would risk the waste of almost 200$😅 but I still perfer it.

why would you play claw when you have 4 paddles?? u just wasted the entire controller you could’ve just gotten another one without paddles for like 150

The edge is awesome....has a major flaw after a year of use. The charging cable and clip. The connection is loose....its why they designed a clip to connect it firmly. The clip breaks inside allowing the cable movement of about a millimeter. That allows it to disconnect... constantly. Greeat controller except for that major flaw which id elevate the bfg higher after a year of use

I’m taking edge cause I like the look and feel of a ps5 controller and I’ve hated the Xbox ever sense my parents got me it just cause the controller and the other one reminds me of it to much

Victrix is terrible for shooters. No gyro. It’s even worse for games that don’t disable the AA when motion aim is active, like the new Helldivers 2 game.

Bfg hands down only downfall no haptics but I’m cool with that considering the battery life I get I work at 4am and off at 12:30 I left it on from 3:45am when I left out to work came home controller still on at 1:30 with 2 bars
199$ for this is a joke. As a society we gotta do better, everyone buying this is part of the problem . Maybe 120, double the price of a regular controller, but even that’s too much. You need the scuff it's 250 for fast click triggers and they aren't adjustable really no option is the best the pro bfg I feel is not optimal to me as I'm used to the size and feel of a ps5 controller but then again 4 paddles is nice I have the bfg debating returning it and getting the pro
